Hey,everyone! Sorry I haven't been updating regularly in my other chapters, but school is starting to get really hectic so i don't really have the time...Ok bad excuse, I know. Still, is the truth! Please expect another chapter added to them by the end of the month.

Disclaimer:The characters would hate me if I owned them. As it is I'm just borrowing them. So they don't hate me too much. I think...

On with the story!

A very young Momo woke with a start and a small whimper. Sitting up on her futon she cast her anxious gaze around the room. Everything was normal: the moon shone through the window and cast shadows across the walls and floor. Still, to Momo the shadows seemed to hide huge creatures waiting to grab her if she moved from her futon, and the moon seemed like a large bloated face hanging in the middle of the night sky.

She couldn't really remember the nightmare that had shaken her out of her sleep a few seconds before, but that didn't make the fear any less.

She started when a soft groan shattered her thoughts. Turning her head, she looked at the little white-haired boy on a separate futon next to hers. He was so cute, especially in his sleep. His face was relaxed from its normal I-don't-care state to a peaceful, gentle look. He even had a small smile hovering over his lips!

Even though Momo hated to wake him, she knew she'd never get to sleep while the monsters threatened to grab her. Shiro wasn't afraid of them; she knew he would be able to keep them at bay. Having come to this conclusion, she grabbed her blanket and pillow and crawled over to his futon.

"Little Shiro?" there was no response so she tried again, "Toshiro? Hey, Shiro-chan."

Impatience took over and she dropped her blanket and pillow so she could shake him better, "Come on, Little Shiro, wake up!"

As she shook, suddenly his eyes cracked open and he groaned, "Whaddya want, Bed wetter?"

"Can I sleep with you tonight? I had a nightmare," She deliberately ignored the use of her hated nickname.

The boy let out a small sigh, "Fine, whatever, just don't wet the bed."

As he scooted over to make room for her, she grinned and laid her pillow next to his on the futon. Then, on impulse, she leaned over and placed a soft kiss on his cheek, "Thank you, Shiro-chan."

She could have sworn she saw a light blush dust his cheeks before he tuned his back on her muttering, "Don't call me Shiro-chan."

Momo let out a small giggle as she lay down next to her friend and pulled the blanket up to her chin. Now she had no problems at all with going back to sleep.

Toshiro listened as her breathing grew deeper. Suddenly he felt her slender arms snake around his torso and pull him into a hug. He struggled for a moment before realizing she was asleep. Allowing his body to relax, he drifted off to join her in sleep.

Whaddya think? Good? Bad? Tell me please! If you don't I'll see if I can get Yumichika to come to your house and annoy you by telling you over and over again how beautiful he is!
