I was a little tired of resting all day so I decided to get up and start my day too. "Father! What are you doing?" "I'm feeling better now so I'm returning to my work." "But you should still be resting. Your friend said you…" "It's okay." The day went by quick and the rain has stopped. I played games with the small kids until they fell asleep.
When I woke up I realize that Lord Raymond was by my side. "Lord Raven?" "What did you think you were doing? You fainted!" "Sorry. I didn't want to stay in bed all day…" "We do not have proper treatment here right now! You need as much rest as you can get. All this strain on your body and soul… You know your condition!" The days went by slowly since I was bedridden… Lord Raymond has disappeared since that day. But Amy said he will come back. It was what he said… I believe one day he will be back.
I miss him… Why did he have to leave like that? We finally got enough gold for the Doctor to come by today. If Lord Raven didn't help us that time we might never have. The Doctor said I needed to be on this medicine for a few months and complete bed rest or I may not recover this time. But this wouldn't be possible without Lord Raymond here I needed to help with the work.
Amy and the other older children who stayed who could have left said they'd do the job but was it enough? We really owe the doctor now since we had no gold to pay for the medicine. I had to borrow to get them.
It was pretty tough but we were able to pull through it. It was Amy and the other's help that got us through this far. And the little kids were all really good. So many days went by and it was true. The medicine and all the bed rest is starting to pay off. Counting the days that I'll be back in action again.
This isn't a good sign. I woke up in cold sweat and feeling extremely tired. And worst of all I cannot remember what had happened before until Amy came into the bedroom.
