Beastboy lay on his bed staring a hole in the ceiling. Thinking, thinking about her. How she scowled always trying to ignore him. How she hid in her room, behind books. She made him feel, like no one else could, she was his world. And she hated him.

She seemed dressed in all of me, stretched across my shame.

Raven always tried to be invisible avoid socialising, be the shadow. Her violet hair short and smooth, pale milky skin, piercing eyes that could see into your soul. Very beautiful, in a dark way. Beastboy was the complete opposite, attention seeking, joker and all-round social being. But still he longed for her to be near him. Raven was the one he wanted, the one he needed.

Walking into the common room Beastboy saw Raven reading. As usual. He sat down on a chair and covered his face with his hands. The desire for Raven was over-whelming and it scared him. He had to do something. Anything to make the confusion end.

Getting up he walked over to Raven. Pulling the book from her hands he through it over his shoulder. Raven, shocked at his actions, glared up at him "What the hell was that for?" she hissed. Raven stood up, daring him to answer. Beastboy suddenly realised what he'd done, eyes wide with disbelief at his own actions he tried to say something, an excuse, to explain himself. Opening his mouth he waited for sound to leave it…but nothing happened. Shaking, he didn't know what to do.

Raven glared at him expectantly waiting for an answer. Noticing his gaze soften, she frowned. The look he gave her was, weird, not unpleasant, just strange. A combination of intense longing and determination. Shouldn't he be shaking with fear…like he was a second ago? Beastboy had made a decision, one that could prove fatal for him. But he wasn't going to run away, not anymore.

Grabbing Ravens waist he pulled her towards him wrapping his arms around her, Gasping softly Raven was about to scream at him to let her go when, he kissed her.Stunned Raven didn't know what to do. But while her mind reeled, Ravens body went into auto-pilot wrapping her slender hands round his neck she gently kissed him back. Both pouring hidden feelings into their connecting lips. Beastboy didn't know what had come over him, but couldn't contain his happiness, her lips were cold but pleasantly so. Part of him was in denile 'this can't be happening, it's just a dream, just a dream...'

Right there ya go another songfic, hopefully an improvement on my others but then again maybe not. The end verse didn't really fit with the story,so just think of it as the part of his mind in denile about it.
