So, I'm guessing this is the first Cinderella based story for Romione since I couldn't find any so I wrote one myself. Enjoy!

Hermione Granger was the most miserable witch ever. Her mother died when she was eleven, so her dad remarried. He married the most evil, gruesome, and deceiving woman ever. Her name was Bellatrix Lestrange. She had messy brunette locks and a full figure. What made it even more worse is that Hermione earned two stepsisters. Lavender Brown and Cho Chang were their names. Lavender had curly blonde hair and Cho had sleek black hair. They always teased Hermione for her looks and her kindness. In reality, they were only jealous of the beauty she possessed.

Hermione had chest length, wavy, dark blonde hair. Her eyes were the color of chocolate and she had a healthy, curvy figure. For the rest of her days, she's been a servant to her new step family. Lavender and Cho would always ask her to clean their five inch heels and their expensive dresses. She only wished for a much better life than this.

"Hermione! Where are you? I need my purple dress right now!", shouted Lavender from another room.

"Just a minute!", Hermione replied. She was too busy cleaning the floors for her step mother. She hated it when they forced her to multitask.

"Hermione! My dress!", she shouted louder.

"Alright! Alright!", Hermione said with frustration. "For Merlin's sake." she muttered.

She took out the purple dress from the hamper and ran upstairs. "I'm coming!"

Her step sisters both had a nice room. Inside, gold was painted on the walls and a chandelier hung on the ceiling.

Cho scoffed, "Well, it's about time you got here! Can't you believe this girl?" she turned to Lavender.

"I can never believe anything with her." Lavender forcefully took the dress and looked at Hermione's work dress, "Poor Hermione, always having to work with those filthy rags."

Cho giggled, "It's so embarrassing." The sisters started to laugh when Bellatrix came into the room, "Hermione! I'm not paying you to talk! Get back downstairs and cook us dinner!"

"Yes step mother." Hermione hurried down and started up the oven. She decided to cook salmon since it was the only thing they had to eat. When she was finished, she decided to eat alone, away from her evil sisters and mother.

She stepped outside, it was already getting dark. Usually, after dinner, everybody had to sleep. So after Hermione ate the rest of her salmon, she laid on the grass and slept through the night.

Hermione awakened to the bright morning sun. "Hermione! You better get changed for school! Lavender and Cho are already ready!" Bellatrix ordered.

She let out a groan, it was already morning and Bellatrix is already shouting at her. "Okay stepmother!" She rushed to the attic, where she stayed. Her Hogwarts robes were laying on the ground. "Hermione! Come on!" Hermione ran downstairs and left with her sisters.

They arrived at the station. "Hermione, you're on your own, we wouldn't want to be seen in public with you." Cho laughed. Her and Lavender left her. Hermione sighed and got on the Hogwarts Express. Her mood lifted when she saw her best friend, Harry Potter.

"Hermione! How are you?"

"I'm alright, my stepsisters left me again." she grunted.

"Ugh, I don't know what's up in their brains." he laughed. "Who would they treat you so badly? Hermione, you're one of the most caring friends I ever had."

Hermione smiled and nodded, "Guess I'm just not good enough for them."

"Well, it's their loss. They're going to continue to be bad people. Nobody likes bad people."

"Thank you Harry. I'm just happy to be away from them for a while."

"Hey, it's going to get better. I mean, look at me, I've lived with the Dursleys and I'm still living!"

Hermione chuckled, "Yeah."

When the two arrived at Hogwarts, the students were piling up in the great hall. Everybody murmured and talked over one another. Hermione was curious to see what the commotion was about. Dumbledore appeared and ordered everyone to keep quiet.

"Now all of you may know that the annual masquerade ball is coming up." The students broke into cheering.

"Settle down! Settle down!" he commanded. "Now, the ball will be held tonight at nine o' clock. Come wearing a mask and a costume."

Everybody excitedly chatted about it. "A masqurade ball? That sounds exciting!" Hermione said. "But, my stepmother might not let me go." she said glumly.

Harry touched her shoulder, "Hey, it doesn't hurt to ask. If you do go, would you want to go with me? As best friends?"

Hermione smiled, "Of course, Harry. It'll be so much fun! But, I don't have a costume though."

"Don't worry, 'Mione, there's a costume shop that just opened near Diagon Alley. We could go there after classes."

Hermione jumped happily, "Thank you Harry! Thank you Harry! Thank you so much!" she hugged him.

He laughed, "Your welcome Hermione. Don't choke me."

She let go, "Sorry, I get carried away."

The classes went by very quickly, maybe due to Hermione's excitement about the ball. She had pictured herself in different dresses and masks. She was a little worried if her mother would not approve but she didn't care anymore. She wanted to fight for her rights. She was tired of being pushed around. Maybe tonight, will be different.
