A/N: Here's another Tess introspective drabble from me. It's got a touch of Ness, but not much. I love exploring Tess's character. Though most of these are kind of similar. But whatever. Enjoy! R&R! Thanks! –Mac

What It's All About
Tess Tyler prided herself on her looks. She kept her blonde hair falling in silky waves. She used all the best makeup and never went out without it meticulously applied. She wore all the latest fashions, all the latest trends. You would never see Tess on the Worst Dressed List.
Tess loved the fact that people flocked to her. Everyone wanted to be her friend. Everyone wanted to date her. She loved having an entourage of people who were ready to serve her every whim at the snap of her fingers. Girls wanted to be, what could top that?
Tess loved that everyone in the world knew her name. Her face was splashed over every magazine cover—legitimate and tabloid. Her voice filtered out of radios all over the world. People could see her smiling and posing for the camera on red carpets. Her face graced the small screen on every entertainment show, everyday of the week. She was a celebrity, and she adored being the center of attention.
Tess had more money than she knew what to do with. She loved that she could use that glittered phrase 'money is no object.' Her credit card had no limit and she enjoyed splurging on every little trinket and unnecessary purchase. Still knowing that she had a savings account that didn't seem to diminish.
So when her adorable trophy boyfriend, Nate of Connect 3 said to her, "You know it's not all about looks or popularity or fame or fortune."
Her only logical response was, "What else is there?"
