Hey guys so I just did this short little jock fanfic since jock is one of my favorite fanon ships in TDROTI.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
"0700 hours! Time for my run!" Brick said as he quickly got up and dressed, leaving his cabin within 5 minutes and started his daily jog around the island.
Jo's POV
Like every day, I wake up at 7 am thanks to Brick's alarm clock. I may be in another cabin, but I can still hear the 3 obnoxious beeps it makes before Brick shuts the damn thing off. So since I'm already up, might as well go run with him. I quickly get dressed, not wanting him to beat me, which let's face it will never happen.
Brick's POV
Like always I got up and went for a jog. After about 15 minutes I hear footsteps behind me and I stop and turn around to see her. "Good morning ma'am!" I salute to her. She has the most beautiful sandy blond hair and lavender eyes. She hides her body in a track suit but she has the most beautiful curves. I don't know how anyone could think she was a guy. I mentally slapped myself, "Stop it Brick! You don't fall for teammates!" I told myself. "She won't ever like you." I told myself. I shook the thought out of my head and just kept running.
"Yo Brick-for-Brains! Why do you keep going faster! Endurance is key!" she yelled at me. I just ignored her though and kept running. I knew that my face is bright red from my blushing and I didn't want her to see me like this. So I just ran, not looking where I was going. OOMPHH!
Jo's POV
I was getting mad now. Brick was ignoring me, so I ran ahead of him and he still didn't notice. He always notices when I beat him. I stopped and turned around, hands folded over my chest. But he didn't stop; he just kept going with his head down. Until slam! He ran right into me, knocking me to the ground with him on top.
Brick's POV
"Crap! I seriously just ran into Jo!" I thought. I quickly got up and prepared myself for the worst. But all I felt was….nothing. I easily opened one of my eyes only to be met by a lavender one. "Yo Sergeant Dampy Pants, you ok?" "y-ya…yes ma'am! I'm perfectly fine. Are you okay, I hit you pretty hard." I stuttered. "No! Your head was down, why was it down!" she scolded me. I couldn't take it anymore. She was just standing there, hands on her hips and her vibrant eyes glaring at me. I closed my eyes tight and sucked in a deep breath, calming myself down. I grabbed her by her shoulders and pulled her into my lips. "Oh no, I seriously screwed up! She's not kissing back!" but I spoke too soon.
Jo's POV
I yelled at him and he kisses me! My eyes widened in shock, but I soon closed my eyes and melted into his soft, gentle kiss. He pushed me until my back was against a tree. I wrapped my legs around his waist and continued kissing him.
Brick's POV
I stopped kissing her and pulled away, blushing like crazy. "I'm so sorry Jo! I didn't mean to do that! I mean I did, but not now. I mean you're just so pretty I got caught up in the moment! God what am I saying!" I said as I face palmed myself.
"Just shut up and kiss me Brick-for-Brains!"
