It was another day like any other days. River person was on their boat waiting for any monster who wants a quick ride to another part in the underground

They heard footsteps coming and looked to see the hero who freed all the monsters, Frisk, came down from the steps that went up to the Hotland

"Tra la la. Where to go? Tra la la"

Frisk jumped on the boat after selecting where they wanted to go and the boat started moving

Where Frisk really wanted to go was the ruins. They did this at least once a week. They wanted to visit Flowey. Nobody knows about them visiting Flowey. Nobody even knows about them coming to the underground at all. Except for the river person of course. They did this so Flowey won't feel alone. They also tried multiple times to make Flowey come to the surface with them but the flower refused every single time. How to make him come to the surface with them?

Frisk suddenly fell out from their train of Thought when river person started singing

"Tra la la. Beware of the man who speaks in hands"

That got Frisk's attention. They heard this from them a few times before. They always dismissed them as meaningless sayings but they were right about the angel coming because Asriel took the form of an angel and it was him who broke the barrier. So while they are a really quiet child they decided to ask a question

"Who is he?"

River person froze. They didn't expect this one. So who were they talking about?

They remember many years ago when every day they took a skeleton from his house in Snowdin to where he works, the lab, in Hotland in the mornings and brought him back every evening

They remember him one day asking them to have dinner with him in Grillby's and they shyly accepted

They remember the marriage ceremony between them and the royal scientist

Any how could they forget those two days? The births of their two sons

Days after he finished the core. That day he fell in it and got ripped out of time and space. Everyone's memory of him was erased. Except theirs

The river person looked back at Frisk. Their face hidden in the shadow of their hood
