"So," said Moe slowly, "you'll make it so Ronald and me can get together, have kids… you know, all that stuff… and nobody'll tell us off?"
"Yep," said Calvin. "And all it'll cost you is a dollar apiece."
His two classmates glanced at each other; then they each pulled out a bill. "Okay, shoot," said Ronald.
"Gladly."
As Calvin withdrew the gun, a sense of déjà vu came over him. He grinned as he remembered his exchange with Hobbes, all those years before:
"What did you transmogrify them into?"
"Worms!"
"WORMS?!"
"Well, I didn't want them to be unhappy…"
