Well, enjoy my first .hack/sign story. xP
I've only seen three episodes so yeah… all the coupling is just my 'oh-so wonderful' guesses.
Now onto the story!
She's The One
Trust…. It's something that is hard to come by. It's something I can pride myself in knowing. Alone in the world, I've never had someone I could rely on. Someone to share my pain. Then I met her. Sure it didn't start off picture perfect. I met her near that treasure chest. The one the cat emerged from. The chest that gave me my guardian. She wasn't anything to me at first. Just this girl I had met. I had seen so many people in my time in the World, I never cared. Why should she be any different? No one had ever mattered to me. No one… except for her.
Her.
That word is so powerful. A single word, a single syllable, and it can send my heart aflutter. After living a life so sheltered from normality, it was like turning a new leaf. There were new decisions to be made, things that hadn't mattered to be before, did now. My whole perspective of life had been turned upside down.
What did she think of me? What was she doing right now? Did she think of me as I do of her?
Her opinion mattered so much to me.
I wanted her in my life. With her, I had a reason for living. A reason for being me. I wanted her to be with me. And I never wanted her to leave my side. She mattered so much to me. She was the one.
