Link was celebrating his birthday. He had invited Agitha, Ilia, Midna, and Zelda. Zant and Ganon were really complaining, but he didn't care.
At his party, first, he opened his presents.
Agitha had given him a book about bugs. "This is interesting," Link thought, and flipped through it. Chapter 1: How to Be a Bug Link could only stutter his thanks to Agitha. "Uh, thanks, Agitha..."
"Oh, Link," I knew you'd love it!" Agitha clapped her hands together happily.
Next was Ilia's gift, a saddle for Epona. "Ilia," Link called her. "Is this for me, or Epona?""It's for both," Ilia said meanly.
Link looked towards Midna's gift, another book. This time, it was on how to repel girls. Link asked Midna for the receipt. "Sorry, Link," Midna smiled impishly. "I threw it away."
Zelda gave Link a shaving kit, which he returned to her on her birthday.
Now, it was cake-cutting time. Link pulled out his Master Sword, and cut the cake into five very uneven pieces: one moderate center piece, two pieces around the center that werre alright, one crumb, and the rest of the cake-the largest piece. It was Link's birthday, and so Link got to go first. He chose the center piece. Then they went by alphabetical order, which meant that Agitha and Ilia had their pick next. They took the two alright pieces. Midna took the crumb so she wouldn't hurt Link's feelings, leaving Zelda with the last.
"But I'm on a diet!" Zelda protested.
"Too bad," Link told her.
