A/N: A request :)

Katniss leaned against Peeta, his arm around her waist as they watched the sun set over District 12. The two were talking quietly, reminiscing about how happy they had been when they were brought together. Now, after a year of bliss, they wanted to help two other people find the same ecstasy.

The two they would be helping? Peeta's best friend Dylen, and Katniss's cousin Casity.

Ever since Dylen had seen Casity, Peeta had heard nothing but the highest praise from him. "Her eyes," Dylen said constantly, getting a faraway look on his handsome face, "I think I might drown in them sometimes." Peeta was thoroughly in love with Katniss, but he could still see Casity's natural beauty. Even if he refused to acknowledge the girl's prettiness, he was sure Dylen could force him to.

Katniss had to pry Casity's thoughts of Dylen from her, but once Casity started talking about him, she would be completely overcome, and wouldn't stop for the longest time. Each word Casity said when describing the model-like teen tinted her cheeks pink and put a brighter gleam in her hazel irises. Katniss would sit for hours, watching her cousin animatedly talk about how brilliant Dylen was, a small smile playing around the corners of Katniss's mouth because that was the same way she felt about Peeta.

Naturally, Peeta told Katniss about Dylen's adoration for Casity, and Katniss told Peeta of the sweet words Casity said about Dylen.

Naturally, Peeta and Katniss had to get the two together.

Dylen stood in front of the Everdeens' house, nervously tugging at the collar of his new white shirt. Peeta laughed and affectionately punched Dylen's arm, quickly handing his friend a small bunch of pink wildflowers. Suddenly, the door opened, bathing the boys in a slight glow of light. Katniss grinned at Peeta, then at Dylen, before reaching behind her and pulling a blushing Casity out the door. With a smile of encouragement for the lovebirds, Katniss raced off down the street, Peeta following her. Dylen looked at the ground, cleared his throat, then looked up.

Casity was biting her lip nervously, the action making the 5'4" girl look even smaller and younger. Dylen's heart jumped when she directed her gaze up at him, peering through her dark lashes shyly.

"Hi there," She said, her voice soft and tender. All the uncertainty abruptly abandoned Dylen, and he presented the wildflowers to Casity with a slow smile.

"Hello, princess," He replied, pleased when she held the flowers under her nose and sniffed them, tucking a couple behind her ear. "Shall we?" Casity's face lit up, and she placed her hand in Dylen's proffered palm. Their fingers twined together, the smoothness of Casity's skin soothing against the calluses Dylen acquired while helping Peeta chop wood for the bakery. Almost unconsciously, Dylen's thumb rubbed circles on the back of Casity's hand while they strolled through 12.

They talked in hushed tones, trying not to disturb the majority of the District families who were asleep in their beds. By the time they reached the town square, they felt as if they knew everything about each other.

Casity paused in the middle of the cobblestone courtyard, tilting her head up to look at the full moon. Dylen watched her silently, admiring the way the moonlight made her skin appear porcelain and her eyes seem to glow. He stepped toward her, and her eyes flickered away from the sky to meet with his. The tops of her cheeks were pale pink; his heart was thumping erratically.

Katniss and Peeta watched from atop a roof as Dylen's lips met Casity's.
