Naruto was standing in front of the Hokage's desk, having just finished his last mission debriefing. Minato sighed and said, "Well, I suppose that this counts as another clusterfu-"

"Dad!" Naruto said, cutting him off. "Before I go. I want to make something very clear."

"What's that?"

"I want to quit the Hunters and return to the Reg's."

"Oh? What's brought this on? It's not the problems with the Uchiha, is it?"

"No. Although, truthfully, it might have at least something to do with it. Ultimately, I'm just sick of having to hunt down and kill people that I've worked with. On top of that, the twins are just about ready to start their shinobi training and we both know that I'm the best one to deal with the problems that Mizuko is going to be having."

Minato grinned and said, "Don't lie. You just want to be around them a bit more."

Naruto grunted and said, "Well, I'm not going to deny that."

"…and Hana."

Naruto looked away and said, "That's…neither here nor there."

The door burst down, revealing an irate Inuzuka that demanded, "Oh, really!"

Naruto gulped and said, "Hana!" seconds before he was forced from the office, through the outer wall as a spinning blur crashed into him."

Hana stopped her spin and said, "Sorry, Hokage-sama. It would appear that your son has forgotten his manners in the time that he has spent in the wild. Any further talks with you will need to be put on hold until I've finished educating him on the errors of his ways." She then frowned as she disappeared from the office, followed by The Haimaru Brothers." As they left his office, Minato shook his head and sighed.

At the same time, he saw his daughters come into his office. He said, "So, Hana brought you two with her, did she?"

"No. We brought her!"

"What do you mean?"

His blonde-haired daughter, Miwa, said, "I sensed him when he got into the village and informed Hana-nee. She grabbed us up and brought us here with her."

"What do you mean 'you sensed him'? I haven't started training you in a sensory ninjutsu yet."

"No…but I've told you before. I can just…kind of…know when Nii-chan is around."

Minato turned to his other daughter and asked, "Mizuko, do you have that same ability?"

Mizuko grumpily said, "No. I don't."

Minato thought, 'Is it the Kyūbi's doing? I suppose that even more than me, Naruto would present the greatest threat to its survival, so provides that information to its host. Although, Kushina never had that. If that's the case though, then I might have to see about strengthening the Shiki Fūjin. Although, if she can make it an active technique of her own rather than an instinct of the furball, it might actually be detrimental for me to do so, at least for the time being.' He sighed and said, "Well, regardless, it would seem that your brother wants to transfer from his current division, to mine, so he'll be staying around here more often."

The twins brightened up and simultaneously said, "Really?! You really mean it, Dad?" Minato nodded. They looked at each other and grinned before jumping into the air as they high-fived, exclaiming, "YatTAA!" but, they slapped their hands against each other too hard and pushed themselves away from each other, causing their legs to angle inwards, causing them to fall on their arses. Tears welled up in their eyes, but they looked at each other and laughed.

Minato thought, 'I'll never understand those two. However…' he turned to face the window and frowned, looking in the direction that Hana and Naruto were fighting in.

Miwa pushed herself up and asked, "What's wrong, Dad?" as Mizuko got up.

The twins walked over to him as Minato sighed and said, "Ah! I know…" and turned back around and reached into one of his drawers. He pulled a crystal ball out of it and placed it on the table. He gathered his daughters into his lap and said, "Tomegane no jutsu," causing Hana and Naruto to appear in it.

That was when a shinobi wearing a mask burst into the office, surprising the three Namikaze. He knelt in front of them and said, "Hokage-sama!"

Minato sighed and said, "Girls, this looks like it's going to be serious, so can you go and wait outside, then, when I'm done with Kamome, you can come back in and finish watching your brother's lover's quarrel."

"Hai, Otō-sama," the girls said, their disappointment clear in their voices.

When the two girls were gone from the room, Minato said, "So, what is it that Danzō's getting worked up over this time? It's not the Uchiha again, is it?"

"No. Hokage-sama, although truthfully, they have begun to crack down on both of your forces for things that could even only just pass as touching the line."

Minato sighed and said, "Alright. When you're done, go and tell Fugaku that I want to talk to him at noon tomorrow."

"Sir. Now, the more immediate problem is Takeda Takeshi."

"Him! What's wrong with him?

"He attempted to break into one of our facilities and tried to steal some highly secret material that poses a direct threat to Konoha. Danzō-sama would put in a request to the police force to issue a hunter team to go after him, but with the way things have been between our two divisions…"

Minato sighed and said, "It would be a hard sell. Alright. When you leave send my daughters back in."

Kamome bowed his head and said, "Sir," before turning on his heel and striding from the room.

Mizuko and Miwa rushed back in and clambered onto their father's lap as soon as they were let in, by which point Minato had already set up the crystal ball.

In the ball, the image of Naruto said, "Hana! Are you ready to calm down yet?" when Hana's fist slammed into his cheek, causing him to go crashing through a tree before spinning around and attaching his fingertips to the tree with his chakra, but loose enough to let it carry him around the tree and bring the bottoms of his feet into one of the Haimaru triplets as it spun in time with Hana and its siblings, who had been expecting him to spring around and attach himself to the next tree, causing it to change the direction of its spin into one of its siblings, knocking them both out of their spin and to go tumbling through the air. Naruto smirked and said, "That's two down, two to go."

Hana and the last of the Haimaru triplets dropped out of their spin and glared at Naruto and simultaneously let out a guttural, menacing, growl. Hana said, "Jūjin Bunshin no jutsu!" and placed her hand on the remaining Haimaru triplet, causing it to transform into a more feral version of her. At the same time, they said, "Shunshin no jutsu!" and rushed to the downed canines.

Naruto thought, 'No!' and silently used the shunshin no jutsu to stop them, but was just too late, missing the closest Hana by barely a hairs length. He grinned and said, "You've clearly been working on your shunshin, Hana."

"Geez, thanks," Hana said as she and her clone appeared next to one of the Haimaru siblings.

"I'd say that you're almost at the point of using 'that' jutsu."

Hana blushed and internally was jumping with glee, but said, "You don't think that that's going to stop what's about to happen, do you?"

"No. Not really. But I thought that it couldn't hurt to try."

Hana and her clone rushed through handseals as Naruto made seals of his own. When they were done, Hana said, "Inuzuka-ryū: Fenrir!" and the two downed canines flashed green for a second before they grew in size, and kept on growing until they were towering over the trees."

As soon as they'd finished growing, a gigantic cloud of smoke appeared, engulfing one of them as an equally giant orange-red toad burst from the top of the cloud, one of the gigantic red dogs getting knocked from it by the uppercut that the toad gave it upon his being summoned. As they fell, the toad looked up and asked, "What's the deal this time Naruto? It doesn't look like you're in a batt-…oh. What did you do to piss 'er off this time?"

"I…may have said that it wasn't that important to see her now that I'm back. But to be fair, she wasn't meant to be in the Hokage-tower at the time. That aside, how have you been Gamakichi?"

"Great. But seriously, now there's two of 'em?"

"Yeah. She used the Jujin Bunshin on one of the Haimaru Brothers to give us two enemies to take on. So, what do ya say, wanna split the work?"

"Where's the fun in that?"

Hana heard him and said, "You think that this is fun do you, Narutooo!?" as she and the recovered clone charged at Gamakichi. Meanwhile, at the Namikaze residence, a medium-size vixen with three tails looked in the direction of the fight and growled angrily before rushing towards it.

At the same time, Gamakichi leapt back, away from the two canines and made handseals. When he was done, alongside Naruto, he said, "Fūton: Gama Teppō no jutsu!" and shot a torrent of water at the ground, which burst forwards, forming a wave that forced them both away. As their opponents were washed away, Gamakichi said, "Alright, we should probably take this chance to lead them out of the village. Otherwise this fight'll probably spill over to civilian areas."

Naruto said, "No. Gisei's on her way here. With the both of you here, I'll be able to contain the fight to a smaller area."

"Are you sure about that. You know how they are."

Naruto sighed and said, "Yeah, and I still haven't been able to figure out why either." Gamakichi just chuckled. Naruto shook his head, ignoring his friend's laughter in favour of using the shunshin no jutsu to land on one of the Haimaru's heads to avoid Hana's Gatenga. Unfortunately for him, it happened to be the Haimaru that still had the clone on it and had to duck under a claw that was swiping at his neck, leaving him in the perfect place for a foot to the face, launching him in front of Haimaru's head. Haimaru took the chance to bite through his midsection with his sparking teeth, but his jaw was blown wide by the burst of wind that happened as the clone was destroyed.

On Gamakichi's head, Hana frowned as she said, "Kaze Bunshin! Then where is…" but she didn't need to finish her question as another cloud of smoke burst from the edge of the clearing, revealing Naruto standing on the head of a three tailed fox of a similar size to the two Haimaru's. Hana screamed unintelligibly as she leapt off of Gamakichi as another clone launched itself from Gisei's head, aiming to get her away from Gamakichi, lest she try to take him out of the fight.

As Gisei strode to Gamakichi's side, Naruto said, "Alright Hana, now that we both have one clone and one summon, how about we put an end to this pointless battle?"

Hana growled before glaring at Naruto and saying, "Pointless…you say?" She paused before saying, "Battle…you say? Don't play dumb! I know that it's an act! You know that this isn't something as mundane as a battle! This, is punishment! Now, just let me beat you halfway to death!" Gisei growled angrily and bounded forward, crossing in front of Gamakichi, who leapt over her, coming down on the clone's Haimaru to protect Naruto and the irate fox.

That was when an explosion in between them forced them to back away, mere seconds before Gamabunta appeared in place of it. from it, Jiraiya said, "The two of you! Isn't this a little too much for a lover's quarrel?"

Hana exclaimed, "I'm not his lover, you pervert!"

Naruto simultaneously exclaimed, "This isn't a quarrel of any sort! It's just Hana-chan relieving her pent up stress!"

That caused Hana's face to turn beet red before saying, "Haimaru! Kill 'em!" barely a second before both she and Haimaru were sent flying, courtesy of a Chōōdama Rasengan from Jiraiya, who took the opportunity to shunshin to Naruto and say, "You'd better get out of here quickly. Your father needs to see you about a new mission."

"Huh? But I just told him that I want to join the regs, and I've got accrued holiday time that I wanted to spend with Hana and the twins!"

Jiraiya sighed and said, "I know, but this one's a bigger problem than you're thinking."

Naruto sighed and said, "Who is it this time?"

"See your father. This isn't the place for a briefing."

Naruto sighed and said, "Okay, can you try and settle Hana down?"

Jiraiya said, "Sure, but you'll need to get this girl out of here," tapping his foot on Gisei's head.

"Okay, sure," Naruto agreed and said, "Come on Gisei, let's go," as Jiraiya leapt over to Gamakichi. After a few bounds, Naruto and Gisei were at the boundary of the training area, so he released the jutsu that he'd used to increase her size to rival Haimaru before letting her clamber up his cloak. When he was sure that she was secure on his shoulder, he said, "Hikazeshin no fūinjutsu!" and disappeared from the area in a yellow flash. He reappeared in the Hokage Office next to the coat stand and said, "So, what is it that you felt the need to send Pervy-Sage after me?"

Minato sighed and said, "I'm sorry, but here," as he pushed a folder towards his son.

As Naruto picked it up, Miwa looked up at her father and asked, "Tō-san, what's going on?" getting an unsettling feeling that they wouldn't be seeing their brother again for a long time.

As Naruto flicked through the file, he sighed and said, "I'm sorry Miwa, Mizuko, but it looks like I won't be able to kick back and relax here for a while yet."

Miwa exclaimed, "Eeeh? But why, Aniki?" as tears welled up in her eyes.

Naruto sighed and sadly said, "Someone just left the village that poses a great danger to us if he joins up with the wrong people. Unfortunately, he was also in my division and knows the tricks of the trade, so it's going to take me some time to find him. Since he's been gone for a day already anyway, he's long gone, so I'll be able to take a few days before I'll have to leave, but after that…" he sighed. "…who knows when I'll be back."

Mizuko demanded, "But why can't someone else look for this guy? You just need to find him to convince him to come back, right?"

Naruto sighed and said, "Believe me, Mizuko; you don't know how sorry I am for this, but since Hana-chan left it, I'm the best in the division, so it really does have to be me." Both of his sisters heaved disappointed sighs, but grinned when Naruto said, "So, why don't I take you two out to get some ramen for lunch?"

The twins simultaneously asked, "Really? You'll really take us to Ichiraku's?!"

Naruto grinned and said, "Of course! I've really missed it for the past three months!" He then sealed the file on Takeshi Takeda in his cloak before leading his sister's back through the Hokage Tower.
