Disclaimer: Harry Potter and Co. are the property of the wonderful JK Rowling. I own nothing except the plot.
Summery: Lost and lonely Draco and Hermonie would never speak of their unfortunate encounter again. Not HBP compatible. D/Hr
A/N: Hey everyone! I'm back with a NEW penanme. I was going through some of my old stories I wrote a while back on this site, and boy must I say were they horrible! I can't believe I actually post them up. Well this is my first attempt to do a D/Hr so tell me what you think. It's not very long, but update would be fast.

Chapter One: Stormy Night
The thunder boom once, twice, and again.
Thunder.
Lighting.
Oh the horror of sound.
Just like his life.
Sixteen years old Draco Malfoy was sitting near his dungeons common room window staring at the storming night.
It was half past two and nearly the whole Hogwarts castle was deserted. It was nothing unparticular to Draco though. He always stays up, especially during these dark stormy night where he could finally be at ease.
He loves the storming sound. It was like music to him, and the thunder is like an added beat playing in the background.
Many are to believe Draco Malfoy as a rich, snobby prat, too good looking for his own good, always depend on his fathers wealth to survive. No one truely knows him. No one knows behind the those gray silver eyes, his snobby rich self, and most importantly, his father's fame and money.
Everyone would always assume that Draco Malfoy and his father's relationship is down to earth love filling. Oh how wrong they are. How wrong everyone are.
Draco Malfoy's relationship with his father is anything but love filling. For one does anyone know how hard it is for him to try to excel at every subject only to be beat by that Mudblood Granger? How he practice day and night on his Quidditch skills only to be match against those bloody Gryffindors by Harry who-lived-to-be-a-pain-in-my-arse Potter? No. No one knows. Most importantly, his father just assume he's not trying his best and always tell him how much of a disappointment to have a lazy prat of a son.
Oh how much he hate Granger and Potter. Always beating him on everything he tries to succeed in. Not to mention their annoying friend Weasley. Poor, smelly, and disgusting family of weasels always showing how much they care for each other. How he loathed them all.
BOOM!
The storm stopped.
Seeing no need to stay up the boy named Draco falls into a deep slumber.
