Ever since Ikki recognized he had wings at his back, he was living in the city of birds. Swallows, robins, eagles… spreaded their wings in the sky above the top of the saterlize tower. However, Ikki's attention was dawned only in one bird. The nameless one, the soundless one. The one that the more he tried to touch, the futher the distance was.

Ikki didn't remember why, how, when. He had just climbed up, as the wind was calling him gently, silently. The higher he reached, the clearer the sky was. The thing the had seen that day were not only the aero blue sky, but those birds flying all over it. Then he figured out what the wind wanted to show him. This was the city of birds.

After that, he jumped from the arms of a lifeguard trying to took him down from the tower, and magically saved by a giant bird. By that incident, the people in his town called him "The child with the wind's love". Ikki enjoyed that nick name for a while, forget it as tight old shoes being replaced by brand new ones.

He just remembered those birds.
