"Ah Children, there is a deeper magic than music, let us explore it"

"Um, Headmaster? This was a meeting, specifically for Gryffindors and Slytherins to discuss career options" Said Lily.

"Yes Miss Evans, but I decided, a bit of fun is more important than career options"

As the rest of the students came in, Dumbledore's smile grew wider.

"Ah children, I know a lot of you were homesick, I invite you to participate in Hogwarts famous Truth or Dare contest."

All the students gathered around with a wave of Dumbledore's wand, Professors Flitwick and Sprout emerged with a score board.

"The absence of your heads of houses is to ensure no bias"

Then began the tournament, with Narcissa daring Sirius to propose to Severus.

This went on, to Lily asking Severus why did he hurt her, this sombre mood led to the friendship rekindling between the two.

An angry James decided enough was enough, and on his turn, gave poor Regulus a dare.

"I dare you, Regubrat, to give Professor McGonagall catnip"

A shocked Regulus was about to refuse, when his cousins, Bellatrix and Andromeda touched his shoulder, and spoke as one, "He'll do it." They sneered at Sirius who was pretending to look elsewhere and along with Narcissa and Regulus, went to Professor Sprout to collect catnip.

She gave them the catnip with a shake of the head and wished them all the best.

James and Sirius went behind them under the cloak with Lily and Remus following under a charm of Disillusionment.

Dumbledore meanwhile projected to the rest what was happening.

As the Blacks, (True Blacks as they referred themselves) went into Professor McGonagall's office, James couldn't stop smiling, "The slimy Slytherins are done for" He thought.

No one knows what happened inside, but Professor McGonagall's anger was focussed purely on James, Sirius and the headmaster.

Needless to say, the headmaster was forced to wear normal robes for a year, Gryffindor was docked 500 points, Professors Flitwick and Sprout walked around with a sense of horror and the Truth or Dare tournament did not come back the next year.

When Remus brought up playing Truth or Dare again, in the great hall, the normally emotionless Blacks all broke down laughing.

"Never mess with a Slytherin, they protect their own" muttered Peter.
