Hey, there. I just thought I'd write a fan-ade ending to Elfen Lied (the ANIME.) I know (SPOILER) I know that Nyuu/Lucy dies in the manga, but I want to do one for the anime. Plus, I've got to do this quickly; I have 45 minutes before I have to leave, and I want this done. P.S: I have not read the manga.
Lucy slowly walked up the long, narrow stairs towards Kohta's house. The light breeze taickling her shortened hair. Leaves fell slowly from the blossomed trees canoping the rocky stairs, sticking to Lucy's pink hair. She sighed in relief as she set foot on the last step of the stairs and Kohta's front door was in plain sight. She wiped the blood that trickled down her stinging arm and stood in front of the fusuma, her shadow obviously showing to anyone on the other side of the fusuma. She hesistated and began to turn around; this was too much. She could not go back to Kohta after all she had done.
Kohta picked up his head in alert as a silhouette blocked partial light that had previously flooded the walk way. "Nyuu?" he whispered to himself. He swore he saw a horn sticking out of the mystery person's head. He slowly walked toward the fusuma. "Nyuu?" he asked louder as he slid the fusuma open. His eyes grew large at the sight of a tired, bleeding Nyuu. "N-Nyuu!" he screamed. "You're alive!"
Lucy smiled and turned around. She wanted to go home to Kohta and live with him forever, but knew it was impossible. She decided to lie, to stay for only a month or two. "Yes. I... I would be happy if you welcomed me back into your home, even after the trouble I have caused you," she said.
"Of course you can come back!" Kohta shouted happily.
"Thank you, Kohta." Lucy gripped Kohta's shoulders and kissed him in thank you.
LOL, short, stupid, etc. It was just a fan-made ending, and my first Elfen Lied fan fiction. I've never been good with endings. RxR? Thank you. I hope you're enjoying your summer to those who read!
