A/N: I know some of you are going to be confused: WHY am I starting a new story so soon after TDWDP?! Well... you see, I have the dreaded disease known as... writers block for TDWDP.

This story will take some time to complete, and Out Of Your Shell is nearly complete... So yeah... TDWDP is on temporary hiatus. I will post the last two or so chapters of Out Of Your Shell before the first week of October ends, I promise! OK with that, Spies? Hold onto your pins, because I present to you, our latest case...

A Hunger Games where each tribute will face the things they hope and pray they will not see, form alliances unexpected of what you may believe, and face many horrific twists in the forth Quarter Quell... Who are these tributes?

YOU, SPIES.. YOU.

Spies, I am sorry, but I am placing you, no matter if you rebel, in the ultimate Games of survival, in...

The Quarter Games: Storm of Snow. May The Odds Be EVER In your Favour!

Cold.

That is what a District person would say about the new Head Gamemaker's blue, ice-cold eyes. She had brown hair that flowed down to her shoulders. Her skin was near white as snow, the name of the tyrannical, self-absorbed President.

Snow had fallen on the ice of winter morning, and broke his leg, so with much excitement the Head Gamemaker, known across the land as Luna, the Game Princess, accepted the role of reading the card.

As she steps up to the podium, her hair blew backwards in a flurry of blonde and brown. She cleared her throat and stood to read the card. "Greetings, people of Panem! I am proud to be here today, reading the Card in honour of our President, who had a bit of an...accident at work as you might have all seen."

The people of the Districts laughed, remembering how Snows pants had been flashed to the world when he fell on the ice walking out of the mansion: finally the President knows of embarrassment after they were humiliated when Katniss was pulled out the arena and executed on National television.

Luna smiles for a few seconds, and regains her composure. "Today, I shalt announce the marking of a century of Hunger Games... by reading the card for all to hear." Luna takes a deep breath and pulls the card out of the box. "On the 100th anniversary, the Forth Quarter Quell, as a reminder to the Rebels that people who are not in their area of existence were still affected, the tributes will be pulled from a different universe where the Hunger Games... Do not exist" Luna is in shock as she keeps on reading "Not as a game, but as a fantasy that they would never be able to imagine in that universe. Two tributes may win as a reminder of the Capitols generosity."

Luna bows as the whole of Panem goes ballistic.

A/N: Yes, I went there... if you choose to Volunteer, PM me or Review, Reviewing would be more convenient.. First 12 male tributes and first 12 Female tributes will enter, first come first serve.

HAPPY HUNGER GAMES!
