I was in his living room, wearing his warm, plaid PJs, trying to watch a movie. But the tv was so small that I wouldn't be able to watch it. I wanted to leave a note to Toby to watch it downstairs in the basement living room because the TV was bigger there.
He walks in and looks at me confused.
"Why are you still wearing those PJs?"
"Cuz it's cold." I lied.
We were in Las Angeles. So I wouldn't be that cold.
"I need to go get changed." I said.
He left to go to a bathroom and I went to the other one to get changed. I realized that I was still wearing my usual clothes under the PJs, so it didn't take me long to change. When I got out, I walked back to the living room and placed my bag down. He looked at me smiling with a curious expression and he plopped himself on the couch. He started to play a game with a portable device.
I walked over to him to see what he was playing and sat on the arm of the couch. I suddenly started blurting out things that I thought maybe would impress him.
"So... Did you know that I can speak French?"
"Is that so...?" He didn't seem all that impressed.
"Y-Yeah... I'm from Quebec. I also sometimes make videos on YouTube as well." I was saying nonsense.
"Any good?" He asked.
"Not really... I don't care for popularity anyway. I rather draw anime and game characters."
"Oh yeah? Like what?" That got his attention.
"I have what I've done in my iPod."
But for some reason, I couldn't find it...
I realized then that his arm was behind my butt since it felt like he was pushing me towards him. I placed my hands over his eyes in embarrassment and we both laughed a little. Then I leaned and placed my head right over his shoulder where my lips are next to his ear and my hands on his chest. I could feel his arms wrapped around my back. His scent was amazing. It was so unique and good...
At that point nothing happened. For some reason, I kept thinking about making sure I take the plane back home and such. But after all that, it was over.
I had a dream of Toby Turner, aka: Tobuscus. It was not love nor hate. I could only hope that it was friendship. It felt like I finally was able to meet him, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't him.
I hope that one day I will meet him and hope to become friends with him.
