Eyes of the Eagle
Kirianna looked out of the window of the Air Canada. She sighed. This is NOT what was supposed to happen… Not like this, this is too soon… She looked at the person next to her. She had light blond hair and was quietly resting. Kirianna sighed once again, and snapped the shutter of the small window shut.
Kirianna threw a snowball to a boy with shaggy blonde hair from the back.
"Oi! That wasn't so nice!" Kirianna squealed and started to run when the boy started chasing her. He finally caught up with her and started to tickle her.
"Stop Remus! STOP IT!" She said laughing. She and her bestfriend Remus were playing around in the open fields of Hogwarts with their two other friends, Sirius Black and James Potter. The last member of their little group, Peter Pettigrew, had seemed to disappear.
"OI! You two! Stop flirting and come over here! Sirius wants to show us something!" James called to the two of them. Kirianna gave a questioning look to Remus, but followed him to where Sirius and James were hunched over what seemed like a map.
"Whoa... what is that?" Kirianna stared in awe at the hundreds of litte footprints that were scattered all over the interesting map of Hogwarts.
"This, my fellow partner in crime, is the Maraudars Map." Sirius said grandly. Remus had a knowing look. "Remus helped with all the little spells, I'm serious I think he's a genius." Sirius stated at the look that Kirianna gave Remus. Kirianna pouted.
"Not fair! You guys didn't tell me this untill now! I could've helped!"
"Ya, but you're not a Maraudar." James retorted playfully. Kirianna mout pouted and just looked the other way feigning anger.
"Come on, Kiri, we just don't want you to get in trouble!" Sirius tried to put up in defense.
"Ya, but that doesn't explain how you would point at me for all the trouble you guys get into and make me go for detention instead." Kirianna retorted, but sighed. "You know I'm not mad at you, I'm just... I don't know, hurt that you guys didn't include me." Kirianna had a evil grin on her face. She slowly reached down to the ground, keeping an eye on the other three puzzled boys. "So to make it up..." She quickly made a snowball and threw wildly at them "SNOWBALL FIGHT!"
Kirianna gave a sad smile. 'I can't believe it was Sirius... he could'nt have killed them... he wouldn't have killed them. He's not guilty... atleast not this time...' She thought quietly to herself. Ever since last month, when she first heard of James and Lily's death, she kept on trying to convince herself that it wasn't Sirius who was guilty. She didn't want to go back to England, but she found herself going there to find answers. She had vowed never to return, but she was going back there, oh so humbly, to find out who murdered her two best friends. She knew where her first stop was going to be, Azkaban.
