L stared at the full moon that glisened in the dark and mysterous background.
The man knew what he had to do,he had the evedence,he knew who it was from the begining.
"Light-kun..."
L could taste the younger mans name as it slid off his mouth with grace,like him.
Light was beautiful,charming,and could get anyone he desired at way the collage student's brown hair was straightened and how it flowed in the wind.L wished he could see him once again...
"...Kira..."
He spit the name as it left a bitter,angered and sad was evil,Kira was childish foolish, Kira had been brought to justice...but in return...
Kira took Light with him,in his departure...
L thought of the day he would kiss Light,his warm lips against his own.L thought of the day Kira would die,he desurved to die.
But he lost one,and gained another...

"Huh?" L saw some kind of smoke appear from the moon,it flowed gracefully around the moon,
like it was taunting the L realized,the smoke was closer than before,only a few feet away from L's face,and it wasn't smoke...
It was almost a light blue,it had small eyes that were out lined in white,lips and a whole face!Then he saw it...it was Light.
The spirit handed L a note,which was strange,he didn't look solid...
Dearest L,
I missed you,I wish that I had never picked up that notebook in the first place.
When I died...I was trapped to feel all the pain my victums felt.
I was wrong,Kira was evil,Kira is still evil,and L...I'm so sorry...
But one thing came good from this,

L stared at the name...Light ment Moon?Never would have guessed.
"Light-kun,should not have died,I loved you too much,so I didn't watch your execution." Light blushed when L said he loved him.
L reached his hand out to Light,and touched his face,it was solid!
Light's hand pulled L's face into a kiss.L was surprised,it was warm,not cold like a ghost should be.
Light was bedining to fade slowly,his hand touched L's,once his hand was faded,his kissed him one last time.
L was pulling into the kiss,but he was smoke once again,near the moon where he belonged.
L saw the ghost write in the black sky in his white smoke.
It read:'I love you, forget that is the truth.'
Lawliet has a single tear fall to the ground...one of many.
L wanted one last kiss with Light...
Just a kiss...
"I love you Moon-chan" L said as a tear shed from his eyes.
A rope was found in L's hotel,tied in knot.L was burned the next night.
