My name is Kai
I'm only four years old
My parents left me all alone
Alone with him
Who stamps and growls
Coming to my room
Where I'm always found
Belt in his hand
He gets to work
Punishing me for my birth
I scream and cry
But he doesn't care
Belt beating my body
I'm always scared
Not scared for my life
But for his soul
For when he's sent down below
I know what will happen
So I'm scared
Scared he'll be like me there.
My body goes limp
He leaves the room
Where I'll stay for the rest of his life

Tonight my grandfather murdered me
I'm up there now all safe and warm
But still grandfather
I want to go home
I need to tell you to change your ways
For I know what fate you await
So please grandfather change for me
I still love you
Despite what you did
So remember me
To change your world

I will mourn for you
