"I want, I-I want to tell him how I feel but I just can't." Eri muttered under her breath.

"What are talking about Eri?" Tenma asked turning around in her seat.

"Huh? What? Oh n-nothing…" Eri said as her cheeks became red.

"You're not thinking about the guy you like, are you?" Mikoto asked as she came over to Eri's desk.

"What!?" Eri became. "Don't be silly. I don't like anyone." She said in a more calm tone.

"Right of course not." Akira said from behind her.

"Tell me who it is! Tell me, tell me!" Tenma whined.

"I would tell you but I don't like anyone." Eri said angrily.

"Hey what are you girls talking about?" Harima asked. "Could it be me?" He thought to himself. "Yes, it must be. Tenma must be telling all her girlfriends that she has a crush on me."

"It's none of your business Whiskers." Eri said still as angry as before.

"Whatever I'm going home." Mikoto said. She got up and left the three friends and Harima alone.

"Uh… I gotta go too. Bye." Harima said running as fast as he could out of the room.

"Hey where'd Akira go?" Tenma asked, looking around. "Oh well. I've gotta go. Yakumo's probably waiting for me."

"Great I'm all alone again." Eri said and then sighed. "I guess I should be going home as well."

The next day after their last class…

"Hey Tenma." Eri said poking Tenma's back.

"Yeah what?" Tenma replied.

"How would you tell the guy you liked how you feel." Eri said quietly.

"Oh ho. So you do like someone." Tenma said with mischievous in her eyes.

"Fine so I do, but can you help me." Eri said.

"Well if you're to shy to tell him in person, you should write a note." Tenma said more seriously.

"That's a great idea!" Eri said with a smile and ran out the door. "Thanks! I'll see you tomorrow!" Eri yelled behind her.

At the Sawachika house…

The next week there was a Christmas dance coming up. Eri sat at a desk in her huge house, preparing to write a letter asking Harima to go to the dance with her.

"Now all I have to do is slip this into his locker tomorrow. I'll have to be at school extra early."

The next morning before class…

"This should be his…" Eri said to herself. She put the letter in his locker. "Now all I have to is wait until this afternoon."

That afternoon behind the school…

"He should be here by now…" Eri said her voice trailing. " Maybe he didn't get the letter."

"Rich-girl?" Harima said, coming out from hiding. "Did you write this?"

"Uh… Yeah. So will you go with me." Eri asked shyly.

"No, I'm sorry I like someone else. Besides dances aren't my thing." Harima said. Then he walked away leaving Eri all alone.

Suddenly tears starting pouring from her face. She would never be the same after that day.

I really don't care how good or bad it is. I just wanted to write it because right now I feel how Eri feels.
