It was a cool summer night in the suburbs of Tokyo, and Yoh had had
his buddies over for a little relaxing. Anna had Manta prepare a rice dish
for Yoh (due to the fact that Anna had put him on a rice diet) and junk
food for everyone else. Everyone sat around the round, low wooden table
loaded with food.
As they all sat there Horo Horo began to make an ass of him self. He began
to stick pretzels up his nose and dance around. As They all laughed and
pointed at the dancing Horo Horo, Ren began to get very annoyed at this and
said, "You idiot. Sit down before I rip your arms off and beat you with
them".
Horo Horo gave a glance at the pissed off Ren. "Why when ever I try to
have a little fun do you get so mad- He was cut of by Ren.
"Whenever I'm in a grumpy mood, do you make an even bigger idiot out of
yourself? Especially when we are playing hangman. You assume that the word
has to do with food, and to add to that you spell it wrong!!", Ren snorted.
"NOW DON'T GO DISSIN MY SPELLING!!!" he hollered "WHY DOES EVERYONE MAKE
FUN OF MEEEEE... I'm not that big of an idiot... Do you know how many times I
get laughed at in a day! It's like hell!!! Only sorta in a funny way..."
"No... You don't know what "hell" is at all", Ren sighed.
"What are you talking about, you have never been laughed so much in you
entire life! You beat the living snot out of anyone who tries to!"
Ren began to get frustrated and stood up, towering over Horo Horo who sat on the floor cross-legged. "I'm not talking about being laughed at. I'm talking about what true hell is. Hell is having your parents pay no attention to you. Hell is having to live through watching people die in front of your eyes. Hell is never being able to do what you want and believe what you want. Let alone being able to love who you want."
Horo Horo's eyes widened at the thought of what Ren had just said. He had never seen that side of Ren before. The great Tao Ren has feelings. As Horo Horo kept looking up, Ren began to kneel down slowly. He looked at Horo Horo, eyes relaxed. He began to move closer and closer to the blue haired shaman. As he got closer Horo Horo began to understand what Ren had told him. Ren's head moved closer to Horo Horo's. The two were now in nose length. Ren then placed his lips on the ice shaman's lips and closed his eyes. Horo Horo blinked. Then returned Ren's kiss.
