FRAGMENT
-Prologue-
She moved swiftly around him, lunging in at his blind spot before deftly twisting her body into an arch and pushing up against her arms to spring up into the air, catching her opponent in the ace and throwing him back a couple of feet. Sapphire eyes gleamed in the darkness, narrowed down to slits as she glared at the fallen man.
Adrenaline pumped though her, pounding in her ears while she focused on her tense muscles. To the side a woman older then herself watched through curious brown eyes, pink hair framing her heart shaped face. She ran forward grabbing a fallen weapon and closed down upon her pry, carefully she held the blade to his throat. The man groaned.
"I give," he frowned under his mask, the redness of his hair falling around him in waves and his flushed skin seemed to glow in the shadows. The girl stayed as she was for a moment before straightening up and relaxing, she moved away and helped the man up before giving into a smile.
"You're getting better Sapphire." The pink haired woman praised, Sapphire bowed.
"Thank you Master Genkai,"
