Moving here was the biggest choice i ever made . I stepped onto the kobble stone streets. Cars buzzed by, a man with a bunch of cabbages walked past me, childeren played as their parents shopped, posters were everywhere advertising probending. Rebublic city was much more hustle n bustle than the firenation city was. I'm 18. My name is Lyra, and i'm a fire bender. I have dark brown, almost black, eyes, and shoulder lenght dark aburn hair, which i normally keep in an up-due.
I took in the scene around me as i got off my boat that took me from firenation to republic city. I felt out of place with my flowy red crop top, and tight black capris with a red sash. I had no idea where to go, or what to do, now. I walked for a little bit down the street, then decided i needed to ask somebody for suggestions on what to do, where to live, ect.
I walked up to the closest person, a young man, probably around my age, with dark, glossy, hair that fell in waves over one of his grey eyes. "Um, hi, my name is Lyra, i just moved here, could you possibly tell me where there's cheap places to live?" He looked me up and down, then scofed. "Not by the ocean, that's for sure" he said. He looked me up and down. "I'm Tahno," He said "Tell you what, why don't i take you to find a place to live, but on one condition, you go out with me tomarow night." I thought for a moment. He seemed intersting enough. "Alright sure" I replied. "Great" He smiled, and we were off.
