First problem that he find is his students do not have inspiration. He tried many way to inspiration his students, such as let his students do the inspiration test or watching performance. Sometimes, he play guitar and sing whenever he wants. He always appeared in class with electric guitar.
Another problem that he could solve is he has to increase his student's average grade. If they are still in this average, they will be retired. But, as we know, he is not good at academic. So, he need some help from his old friend, a head of teacher. That he has to recall her again.
Moreover, he has to help his students to do the school project- a requirement to finish school. Unfortunately, his students did not do anything yet. They have to start their project right now and finish it by the end of May. He thinks he will form the rock band again.( by forming new band, he can borrow the instruments to use with his old band.) He trains his students from the beginning and give them responsibilities which appropriate to their characteristic.
He has very great time with his new students. After his students get more inspiration and more understanding on themselves, they work very hard with him. He love his new students very much. He also become closer to these students.
