A/N – This is a short phanfic written by my friend, Deanmon29, and I whilst bored in class. I don't know if we'll be continuing this or not, but we decided to post it here to see what others thought. This was written as each person alternately writing a different sentence so some stuff is a bit random but oh well XD. I hope you enjoy!

As chemicals flowed through Dan Howell's bloodstream, Phil Lester sat in his emo corner sobbing. He just couldn't believe that this was happening to Dan, his beloved, of all people.

Could this be the end of Dan's life? Phil thought to himself while eating marshmallows. Phil stared at the marshmallow in despair, remembering how Dan used to practically drown them in hot chocolate.

Phil quickly snapped back into reality when he heard Dan screaming in agony. Suddenly filled with adrenaline, Phil ran to Dan's side, panicking. "Dan, are you okay?" Phil asked with anxiety.

Dan did not answer.

"Dan?!" Phil screamed.

Once again, no reply.

"Dan, please, I didn't even get a chance to say 'I love you!'"

"I-I—" Dan stuttered, but then fell into a deep sleep.

"Dan!" Phil screeched, squeezing Dan's hand and falling to his knees. "Please, I need you!"

Phil watched Dan ad he became more and more pale. He thought about how he had found Dan on his bedroom floor, a camera rolling, and a pill bottle in hand. Phil grabbed the camera Dan was using, and watched the footage he had recorded moments before the tragedy struck him.

"Hello, internet, I'm Dan Howell, and I'm afraid there's something I must tell you guys. The truth is…I'm in love with Phil."

Phil gasped, then continued watching.

"But I'm afraid I cannot continue living in this world anymore, so I would like to say sorry to Phil…because I will be leaving him alone in this cruel world," Dan sobbed. "Goodbye…internet…"

Phil cried out. "You jerk! You can't leave me, I'm nothing without you! NOTHING!" Phil stopped himself from throwing the camera, and instead grabbed Dan's hand yet again. Phil noticed that Dan's pulse was weak. Phil started to panic even more, and hugged Dan's feeble body.

Dan only had enough energy to say one last thing, he used the rest of his energy to tell Phil he was sorry and that he really did love him with all his heart.

Phil held back tears, and kissed Dan. "I love you too, Daniel."

Dan fell into the black abyss.
