Author thoughts - Although this the first poem I wrote for Dark Angel. I hope you all feel my poetry. I'm not the first to make a DA poem, so give much love to the person who did. A/N - This poem describes some of emotions max hides from her self, Her fear of white, memories of her siblings and manticore and of course pain it's self.
Deep Inside
Trying to fight the invisible,
Is hell.
Today or tomorrow only time will tell.
Will I survive with the ordinary's,
Or will they disown me, Because of what I' am.
Waking up in a cold sweat, while dreams never
Let me forget.
The horror I've lived through.
Trusting no one draws those who care away,
From the cold shoulder.
Scared that someone may revile my barcode,
And Expose me.
When will I feel safe.
Will they embrace or contemplate
