Ok, here's the 1st of the two poems that inspired my fic, Broken. This one's written by Tomoyo, and gives you a better look at how she feels after what happened. R&R, onegai! ^_^

Broken

I promised you,

That I'd never leave you.

I did.

I promised you,

That we'd never be apart,

That no matter what,

We'd always be together.

I left.

I promised you,

The moon,

The sun,

And the stars.

I failed.

So I stand here,

Before you,

With the only thing left of our love:

Promises broken.

Like my heart.

Lastly,

I promised you,

That I'd always love you.

I still do.
