Chapter 1: Overthrown
Molly Weasley picked up the newspaper, glanced at the headline, and shrieked. Bill quickly looked at it and turned pale. "Um... Ginny? You're not going to like this."
"Let me see!" exclaimed the twins at the same time.
"Alright," conceded Molly. "Read it aloud, Fred."
"But I have trouble 'earing!" complained George. He snatched the paper. "I will read, Fred." He read through. "Okay... Death Eaters Alecto and Amycus Carrows teach Defense and Muggleborns Studies, which is now a required class. Hogwarts must be attended by all 11-17 year old wizards and witches. Muggleborns who are of that age, like the others, as we already knew, are sent to Azkaban. And worst of all..." George gulped. "Snivelly's the new headmaster."
"Ginny," said Arthur, "honestly, whatever Ron and the other two are doing can't be much worse than Hogwarts. Your pick which you want to do."
"I would go with Harry, Hermione, and Ron if I could," responded Ginny, "but no, it's not my pick. Even if we could find them, they won't tell anyone else what they're doing. 'Dumbledore's Orders!'"
"Then you'll go to Hogwarts," said Fred.
"And prank Snivelly and the Carrows for us!" finished George.
"No," said Charlie. "You're not angering Death Eaters. Stay out of trouble at all costs."
Ginny nodded.
"Get your sleep," advised George.
"It helps me come up with pranks," said Fred.
"And," added George, seeing Molly's glare, "the more time you spent thinking of pranks-"
"The more foolproof they'll be!" finished Fred.
"ENOUGH!" yelled Molly.
"What was that?" asked George, turning his gaping hole towards Molly. "I can't 'ear you."
Then the twins hurried off to bed.
