How Jenny met Patch (Ghostly)

I was walking around at about 10 pm when I saw the flash of light and a sound of a car horn. Then all I remember after that was flying through the air as the car drove away, landing inside a drain.

Then I'm not really sure how long I waited, but I saw a bright light. It stung my eyes and then a man was in front of me, his face a mask of worry, murmuring 'Oh no, I did a bad job, I was protecting her. Jenny, are you there? Can you hear me?'

'Who are you?'

'I am Patch, a Guardian Angel, your Guardian Angel.'

'But I have never seen you before.'

'That's because you have never died.'

'So will you come back to Earth with me?'

'Of course I will.'

'Yay, so where is my body?'

'In the hospital in a coma, when you wake up you will have a new Dad.'

'Yay,' I said, sarcastically.

'Don't worry, you can move out if you like.'

'But where shall I go?'

'I have a house.'

'Yeah but I am fine, I will stay, don't worry.'

'Ok are you ready? You will wake up and after about two minutes you will feel the pain and you must say nothing, and I mean nothing about me, got it?'

'Yep.'

'Good, here we go, oh I am invisible and indestructible, so don't start waving at me, you will just look weird.'

'OK, I'm ready.'

'OK then, here we gooo.'

As I was waking up I heard cheering 'she's alive and awake!'

I blinked a couple of times and then saw him, like a fly on the wall, looking at my Mum and mouthing 'say something.'

'Hello,' I said and my Mum almost choked with joy.

'Hello Jenny, are you alright?'

'Um, I have no idea.'

'OK, how do you feel?'

'Well, honestly, numb.'

'That will wear off in time; you have a broken arm and leg. Your skull is fractured and your body is bruised. It will take about two to three weeks to recover from the bruises but the broken bones will take longer.'

Then a man stabbed me and I saw myself bleed to death, all I saw was my Patch screaming 'NO!' and then I was dead.
