Summary: After a mission to the hidden sound village and a close encounter with Sasuke left Naruto feeling worse than before. And as he sits in the rain thinking about his still rouge friend.
(Naruto P.O.V)
I made a promise Sakura and to myself that I would bring Sasuke back no matter what, but whenever the opportunity comes I fail and I have to start over again.
I never forgot him,
there's never a day that goes by that I don't think about him,
or something that reminds me of him.
It gets harder each day without him,
Some days seem unbearable.
He was my friend, the first person I've ever considered as such.
He was just like a brother, and I like to think sometimes that it was more.
I just wonder if you felt the same way about me.
There is this bond between us that many wouldn't understand but we did, it was special and will never be broken.
But why do you always have to hurt me so bad . . .
why each time I see you, you have such a strong effect on me and I can't think of anything or anyone other than you.
I'm waiting for the day that I can bring you home, and until that day comes I will never give up.
As long as you continue to run I will remain chasing you, until you give up, we will continue this game of cat and mouse.
I will still be here in this village . . .
