Author's Note: Okay, I believe that countries will experience small pain from their own people, like Matthew with Logan and Wade. He experience much pain because of: those two are not human, and they were experimented on. He could experience when they were used by 'Weapon X'.
Summary: Matthew and Alfred lose control of their government after the unknown government project called 'Weapon X' spread through America then Canada, putting the world of mutants in danger. It all starts when Canadian military forces started to get killed mysteriously, endangering Matthew. Alfred goes to the others for help before it's effects them all, and before it's too late for Matthew. But they can't do it alone. Hetalia and Marvel crossover. AU

Prologue
1970, Canada. Meeting place: Unknown
"And all you have to do as Department H, is sign." A shadow feel across a man face as he tossed a document folder across a table , the other man sitting across picked it up. "Then we will expand the 'Weapon X' program into Canada."
2 Years Later
Matthew Williams never experienced much pain from his own people, not until he could remember James 'Logan' Howlett and Wade Wilson. Between 1960 and 1970 pain shot through his entire body (1), sending him into an unconscious state for a few days. Worrying the others, but he wasn't the only one like this, his brother Alfred and his father Arthur too (2).
Author's Note: A really shot prologue, -_-' …... oops my bad, I just wanted to get the prologue over with.
Notes:
1) Matthew experience pain transferred from Logan (when they used thousand/-millions of needles to insert the adamantium) and Wade (when they inplanted the healing factor to arrest his cancer temporary).
2) In alot of other fanfictions, writers have Matthew say Arthur is his father, and Francis is his papa.
