flyingphoenix101: yeah…anyway, this is my first story…period. So please let me know what you think of it.
Kai: and sadly he's very much like his sister. He's dragged me here!
flyingphoenix101: hehehe serves you right Kai.
Kai: not really. Anyway, what exactly am I doing here?
flyingphoenix101: my disclaimer.
Kai: say what?! I won't do your sister's disclaimer. What makes you think I'll do yours?
blitzkreig50889: because I'm here for this first chapter, or prologue to be more exact to make sure you do as he asks you.
Kai: (sigh) of course. Fine, I'll do the disclaimer so you don't torture me later for it.
flyingphoenix101: Thank you!

Athena's Story
Prologue Part 1
Athena was confused. Somehow, somehow, she was able to be caught by mortals. Mortals! And after all her hard work in escaping a band of god and goddess want-to-bes too. It just wasn't fair.
Sad thing though, was that she could only remember getting ready to fall asleep in her secret hiding place when she was surrounded by these incredibly ugly mortals. Why anyone would want to wear puke green trench coats, goggles, and pointed hats was beyond her.
However, what bothered her most was that she wasn't able to escape. How was it possible for mortals to have magic that was strong enough to hold a goddess? She should've been able to escape, yet she hadn't had the strength to fight and get away.
They had chanted. She remembered that, but it was how they had managed to hold her that plagued her. Struggle as she might, she couldn't get that out of her head. The chanting had been awful! It hadn't even made any sense! Still, going over what had happened earlier wasn't going to get her out of the cage she was now sitting in.
An evil chuckle caused Athena to look up. The man in front of her was wearing a puke green trench coat just like everyone else she had seen was. However, his goggles were black and managed to make him look even uglier than he had been before. Or, at least Athena was pretty sure that was the way things went. Mortals could be such stupid creatures.
"It won't be long now, my pretty. Soon you'll be one of my greatest mutated bit beasts ever!" The man let out an evil laugh at that point before walking away from Athena. Athena just sat there quietly and fumed. She'd get her revenge. She would! And when she did, she'd make sure these mortals paid for what they were doing to her. They'd regret ever messing with her!
Kai: (stares in shock at the prologue) That has got to be the shortest prologue I've ever seen!
blitzkreig50889: of course! My brother isn't like me you know.
Kai: thank god!
flyingphoenix101: watch it Kai or you'll be hurting later for that comment. Anyway, hope you all liked my prologue and while it was short, hopefully you liked it.
blitzkreig50889: that said, just like my stories, this one needs reviews before you can get the next chapter.

Kai: now that you two have said that, can I leave?

Kai: thank god! (Leaves room with flyingphoenix101 and blitzkreig50889 following behind him)
