Disclaimer: I own the Teen Titans. (gets hit by frying pan) Okay, Okay, I DO NOT OWN THE TEEN TITANS, STOP HITTING ME!

Raven looked, with anger filling her heart, at Trigon, the Demon who dared to call him her father. "You were never my father, father's are kind, father's protect you, father's raise you." she yelled, attacking him with her renewed powers. "I was protected by the monks of Azarath, I was raised by my friends" She felt the hands of her friends on her shoulder, giving her strength. "this is my home and you are not welcome here." she yelled, sending her soul-self in the form of a giant white raven to vanquish the Demon. But something happened. Trigon, in a last act, blasted a ray of dark energy at her friends, hitting on in the chest. While the Demon vanished from existence, she turned around to see her friend Beast Boy laying lifeless on the ground.

"NOO!" Raven yelled, sitting right up in bed, sweating. Her hand went automatic to the penny on her night stand, the one that Beast Boy had given her. She looked around, realizing that she was in her own room, safe. Fast, loud knocking on her door. It was Beast Boy. "Raven, are you alright? Trigon back? RAVEN!" he yelled.

Raven sighed. "Come in, if you want to check up on me. Everything's fine." She said;

Beast Boy opened the door a bit, peaking his head around the corner. "You okay?" he asked concerned. Even after three months after the Trigon-incident he still was checking if she was safe. Like her, he feared that Trigon would find a way back into existence, to hurt her. He entered her room and started to investigate every corner of it. Raven hated to admit it to him, but she liked that he tried to look after her, to make her feel safe. And it worked.

"Everything is fine, Inspector Green." she joked, looking at the green changeling. "Just had a nightmare."

Beast Boy turned around, concern in his eyes. "The same again?" he asked. Raven nodded. "Who died this time?" Raven had this nightmare since Trigon was defeated. The first time she had the nightmare, it took Cyborg the whole day to reset EVERYTHING in Titan Tower. Each time the dream was the same, with one small difference that every time she had that dream, someone else of her friends died. Beast Boy walked over to her bed and took place, watching her carefully. Raven moved her legs so she sat next to Beast Boy and looked in his eyes.

"Thanks, BB."

"For what?" he asked, putting his arm around her shoulder.

"...protecting me, even if it isn't necessary." she said, producing his favorite, tiny smile. Then she leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. "But is still sweet of you."

Beast Boy didn't even blushed, but simply stroked her cheek. "Always, Rae."

"Raven."

After Trigon had vanished out of existence, she immediately had felt the change in her emotions. She could feel and no microwaves, lamps or other stuff would break. She was...free. Not a month after that, she had began something with Beast Boy. They weren't a couple...yet, but it was a start. She had admitted to him that she always really liked him, but was too afraid. Too Afraid of her powers to begin something with him. Even now that Trigon held no more influence over her, she wanted to wait. So they decided to have this 'relationship'. It was not really a 'Boyfriend/Girlfriend-relationship', but it was a relationship. And for now, they liked it.
