War. War never changes.

The Romans waged war to gather slaves and wealth. Spain built an empire from its lust for gold and territory. Hitler shaped a battered Germany into an economic superpower.

But war never changes.

In the 21st century, war was still waged over the resources that could be acquired. Only this time, the spoils of war were also its weapons: Petroleum and Uranium. For these resources, china would invade Alaska, the US would annex Canada, and the European commonwealth would dissolve into quarreling, bickering nation-states, bent on controlling the last remaining resources on Earth.

In 2077, the storm of world war had come again. In two brief hours, most of the planet was reduced to cinders. And from the ashes of nuclear devastation, a new civilization would struggle to arise. [No offense to Bethesda or any of its company's.]

In the ashes of our nation's once great capital, beasts that care for only themselves. Hero's and villains would arise and fall. But one would need to continue his legacy. Even though he was young he knew that if he never came back he would need a person to call upon.

Ethan knew that delivering a part of this platinum chip would be risky. But he knew if he didn't the man wouldn't leave him alone. This was about 13 weeks ago. He took the job. Alone he sat on the edge of an old part of Interstate 15 looking toward the glow of New Vegas.

Terra thought about the places she would go when she got out of the lonely hills She would go when she got to New Vegas. But then she remembered the piece of the platinum chip she would have to give it to Mr. House. But still she would eventually have to go to Gomorrah. Maybe she could find her next victim who'll break their own heart.

"Laron"or more commonly known as Jack was a thief at heart. He always helped then stole dry. But he was trying to change. He was trying to be a courier for the Mojave express. He had to deliver a microchip to a man known as Mr. House. He wasn't thrilled but he came in through the southeast through Camp Searchlight to New Vegas.

Stephan watched the boy perched up on the large interstate. He needed a new person to entrust with his secrets and known information. He would be his predecessor. He could be apart of the Lyons pride. He thought back before he left. [Flashback] "Sarah you know if I don't get a predecessor soon I'll die knowing you're alone and no one will know anything that I do. Please." She nodded her head as if to say alright but before he even turned she ran to him in tears. [End Flashback]

Jack was the first to reach New Vegas. He fell for Benny's trick. He was bagged and tied. He awoke to see Benny and a few Khans standing near him. "Hurry up and kill him already." "Maybe a khan kills a guy without looking him in the face. But, I ain't no fink. To you kid this must seem like a nine milometer round of bad luck, but the truth is, it was rigged from the start."… When he woke up again he felt a little dizzy. " Hey, careful now don't want the stitches comin out now do we." "Can you tell me your name." "Mm…my name is Jack." "Well, nice to meet cha." He stuck out his hand. Jack looked at it with a smirk like oh this kind of guy huh. The strange man put his hand down in defeat. "Well, my name's Mitchell. Doc. Mitchell to most." "Well nice to meet you doc. But I have to be going." "Well if you're leaving take this Pip-Boy." "Thanks," he muttered "I guess." He left town without a second thought.

Terra was thinking about the things she would do to the other girls. Her thoughts were interrupted when she bumped right into Ranger Ghost. Her face was pure white. She didn't hardly look a girl that Terra had ever seen before. Which is a lot. She asked if she needed any favors. She said maybe but she should talk to Ranger Jackson the next day.
