As he walked away, I knew
There was so much more to him
And although he didn't know
I wished that I could tell him
He did not have many friends
He had no friends at all
People where just mean to him
They would push him, he would fall
He never trusted any one
He thought no one would care
And every one ignored him
And I thought it wasn't fair
I tried my best to talk to him
He simply turned away
And this I tried every time i could
Every single day
Eventually he started to open up
Something he never tried
He ended up telling me every thing
I held him as he cried
He wiped his tears on his sleeve
And got up to walk away
I reached up and grabbed his hand
And asked if he would stay
He shook his head for his response
His throat hurt too much to speak
I nodded and let got of his hand
And he walked away from me
And as he walked away, I knew
There was so much more to him
And although he didn't know
I wished that I could tell him
