Flashback (three years ago)
A six year old blonde-haired boy with three whisker marks on each of his cheeks *wink, wink* screamed as he was bombarded by kunai, blows, and whatever the villagers could find that would cause bodily harm. Two minutes later his heart stopped beating long enough for his assaulters to decide he was done in this world. Five minutes after they left his heart restarted due to the Juubi being sealed inside of him.
(A/N the Rikoudo Sennin did not split the Juubi into nine pieces, he just turned him into a baby dragon and took all of his energy. It took the Juubi so long to reform that he had just reformed two years before Naruto was born. After the Juubi reformed he slept for two years until he was sought out by "a man with an orange mask and a black robe".) Back to the story:
Naruto awoke as soon as his heart restarted and decided that he would never let this happen until the day he died. Strangely, wherever he looked in the dark alley after he resolved himself he saw a purple and blue glow coming from his head area. Nearby (in sight of the alley) a raven-haired girl by the name of Matsumi watched in horror as the boy was beaten to a bloody pulp but was too scared to do anything. After the people left she was startled to see the boy open his eyes and look at her but not at her at the same time. The most startling thing was his eyes. One was purple with a ripple pattern and the other was cobalt blue with what looked like a tornado (top view) spinning around a six pointed star-shaped pupil.
(End Flashback) Nine year old Naruto.
"Hey Shinju, you said that I have all of the known dojutsu (rinnegan, sharingan, byakugan) as well as the Namikaze dojutsu (namigan), Uzumaki dojutsu (fuingan) AND my own dojutsus that have never been seen before (raijingan, fuujingan)?"
(A/N: Shinju is the Juubi)
"Yes. And if you activate them all at once you create an unnamed dojustu that overpowers all of them. However, you can only keep the chakra going for a half an hour until you lose the harmony of the powers."
"Well, with the powers that I have when I activate them all I shouldn't need any more than a half an hour to defeat anybody short of the Rikoudo Sennin right?"
"I suppose so… However you have not fully matured any of your dojutsu except for the raijingan and the fuujingan so you will have a harder time keeping them activated for long periods of time."
"Okay I will train in that so that I can keep my dojutsu, especially my Mangekyo Sharingan, activated for longer.
(A/N: Iruka was Naruto's best friend but was taken over by Orochimaru and was going to betray Konoha. Just before Iruka completely lost control he begged Naruto to kill him and, as a final favor to Iruka, Naruto shoved a rasengan through Iruka's chest, killing him instantly and freeing him from Orochimaru's Curse Mark. When Naruto killed Iruka his Mangekyo activated.)
