Pink Elephants

'Draco! Draco! What is it? Are you hurt? What happened?' Hermione put on the light next to their bed.

Her husband had been screaming and kicking so loud that it had woke her up.

'No! Go away! Leave me alone!' Draco moaned still firmly asleep.

Hermione placed the back of her hand on Draco's head. It wasn't that hot, it was very sweaty though.

'Are you sick, hon? Tell me, what is it?' She was still trying to wake Draco up.

It was probably a bad dream, about the war. He had had those a lot after the war, but not so much lately. They had both hoped they had stopped. He hadn't had them since their son was born.

'Pink, they're so pink! What are they doing here?'

Hermione stopped her attempts on waking Draco for a moment. Pink? Pink what? Death Eaters? Pink Voldemort? Hermione couldn't understand…

'They're huge! Don't let them get me! Aargh!' Draco screamed on the top of his lungs now.

'Shh! Draco! Shut up! You'll wake Robus!' Hermione was getting worried and muffled Draco's moaning with her hand. If Robus would wake up it would be hell to get him back to sleep. She listened but didn't hear any crying except for Draco's constant moaning.

'Fly, come on fly! We can do it! Just you and me!'

Hermione honestly didn't know what to do any more, let alone what to think. What the hell was Draco dreaming?

'Yes! We got them Dumbo! We got them!' Draco smiled in his sleep.

Hermione sighed and gave her husband a poke in between the ribs. Draco screamed and opened his eyes. 'What the bloody hell did you do that for!'

Hermione rolled her eyes. 'You woke up our son, she gestured towards the door. Be a dear and sing him to sleep will you?'

'But obviously you were already awake? Why couldn't you go?' Draco moaned.

'Because, you woke me up to, and while you are there, putting Robus back to sleep, I might get some sleep here.'

Draco moaned but swung his legs over the edge of the bed. He knew when a discussion was a lost cause. He had just reached the door when Hermione said something else.

'And Draco?'

'Yes?' Draco asked, hopefully.

'No more Disney movies for you, hon.'
