Mizuki sprinted across the field to the track, meeting her classmates right before dropping into a deep bow in front of her sensei. "I'm so sorry sir, I forgot to turn on my alarm. Am I too late?" She apologized. She stood up, waiting for a reprimand from the coach. "Oh, Mizuki, don't worry about it, after all, you are our newest and fastest runner. You don't need to worry about being a few minutes late." He replied, turning to the rest of the class. Mizuki dropped to the ground, holding the shoelaces of a battered pair of running shoes.
Yuki, Kyo, Tohru, Momiji, and Haa-kun were standing with Saki and Arisa near the track's edge. They watched as the pretty girl sprinted up to their sensei and started apologizing. Her school issue gym shorts and shirt fit her perfectly and complemented her light, blue-purple eyes. Her hair was gray - almost black - and cut shoulder length, smooth and sparkling in the sun in the same way as her eyes. She was slim, slightly underweight, it looked like.
