"I-I never expected to have to experience Percy's funeral once, let alone twice." I let out a weak laugh, despite the circumstances. So did a few others, just trying to find a little light in this time of darkness. "You wouldn't believe how surprised I was when I found out he wasn't dead all that time ago. I'm half expecting him to pop up and say 'Oh, by the way, I'm not really dead.' " I wiped the tears from my face with the back if my hand.

"Hey!" I looked up to try to find the person who had rudely interrupted this time of mourning. A mop of raven hair and sea blue eyes had appeared out of nowhere, behind all of the rows and rows of chairs. "You read my script"

"P-Percy?" I said, weakly and a smile came to my face. Apparently the microphone was still on, because every head turned in the direction I was facing. "Percy!" I ran off the stage and towards the end of the chairs, where he was waiting.

If I was paying attention, I would have heard the mumbles and confused looks of all if my friends. "Where?" "What is she talking about?" "I don't see him!" "Has she gone crazy?" "She's probably in denial."

I ran into his open arms, to only find air. I stumbled and tripped, thinking I would fall into his hug, only to be disappointed. "Percy? Where are- No! NO!" I screamed when I saw he wasn't there.

Blackness enveloped me as I screamed and kicked for my lost boyfriend.

AN: I was kinda thinking I could turn this into more than a one shot. Maybe?
