Summary: Caroline and Carlisle Cullen had a very happy live together even though they couldn't have children. But somehow Caroline got pregnant. During the pregnancy doctor discovered that she has a tumor so they wanted to stop the pregnancy but she didn't let them. In seven month appeared some complications so they had to deliver the baby earlier. During the labor Caroline died whispering Isabella. Carlisle couldn't believed that his wife is dead.
