Sango's last breathe
Sango woke to find everyone still asleep; she got dressed and went into the kitchen to make breakfast. Like always, she was the first one up. 5 minutes later, Miroku came into the kitchen, "hmm, at least your up earlier than usual," Sango commented. Miroku laughed and went over to see what was for breakfast. "You better eat all ya can cause we're going demon hunting today. They say there are rears, strong people who join the group they trust most. So we're going!" Sango laughed at the look on his face. " Why would you want to go demon hunting, when we have to BEST people in our group?" Miroku asked, confused. Sango replied "we want stronger people in our group!" "I just hope they are beautiful women…" Miroku dreamily said. Like always, Sango would slap him, but this time Miroku caught her hand and held it tight. Sango gasped. Miroku finally let go and her wrist was hurting like mad. "What did you do that for?" Sango asked, still holding her wrist. "Next it will be ya throat," Miroku teased. He went to get the others up. Sango just stared, what did he mean by 'next it will be ya throat?' Sango went back to putting the plates out, which should have been Miroku's job. Kagome and Inuyasha came in later. "Morning sleepy head" Sango teased. Kagome wanted to get her back, but Inuyasha had grabbed her arm and pulled her back. They ate breakfast.
Sango and Miroku went demon hunting, and sure enough, they found a demon lurking about, Sango went up to him and asked what kind of demon was he. He replied with a: I am not a demon! Sango was confused, "I thought there would only be demon's around here." "Yeah, that's why I am here, to kill them." He smirked. "What's ya name? Miroku asked. "Bankotsu, the leader of the band of seven" he replied. Then Kagome was right behind them. "Who is this cutie?" She asked, so excited. "His a killer from the band of seven, he killed 100 people, then died, but came back alive and killed another 99 people." Sango answered. "Well since you know so much about me, why not you be my next girl who dies?" Sango turned to face him. Kagome still had the lovie look in her eyes. Bankotsu did a quick attack, but Sango was even quick and got out of the way. Miroku told Kagome and Inuyasha to stay out of the way. As Miroku turned around, he saw Sango being strike by Bankotsu. She fell to the ground. Miroku ran to her side, Sango looked up at him, Bankotsu smirked but Miroku paid no attention, instead, he was focused on Sango who may not be alive. Miroku gently lifted her up and passed the crying Kagome and the annoyed Inuyasha. Miroku carried her all the way back to the hut. He held Sango close to him, and then he heard her last breathe.
