(Death Ships Harmony challenge. Details inside). Having died again, Harry's Reaper can only afford to give him one more redo. Problem is, he's not allowed to remember his old lives or deaths. Thankfully, Alastor Moody is on the job. Just what did he sign up for? HHr

"Death Ships Harmony" challenge (by Nemarra)

(Inspired by "Don't fear the Reaper" challenge)

Concept:

After multiple chances given, Harry Potter has died once again. The powers that be cannot afford to keep sending him back, and so they are giving him one last chance to redo, starting from his 11th Birthday. The catch? He won't be allowed to remember his previous life (lives). So, to ensure success this time, Harry's Reaper enlists someone that could directly affect Harry's life to go back to the same starting point, all memories intact, and manipulate Harry to his destiny.

Must haves:

1) There must be a reason given why death cannot let Harry have his memories, but s/he can let someone else. There must also be a reason given why the chosen person would want to stay dedicated to helping Harry.

2) Part of Harry's destiny is to marry Hermione. HarryXMultiple or HarryXHarem is allowed, but Hermione must be his truest love/number one.

3) Harry and Hermione must naturally fall in love. That means no love potions or other magical cheats (you can even include a reason why if you want). And absolutely No Soulbound!

4) The person Death enlists can only be one of the following and they cannot tell anyone what they know:

Albus Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Molly Weasley, Ron Weasley, Petunia or Vernon Dursley, One of the Malfoys (preferably Draco or Lucius), Severus Snape, or Alastor Moody.

5) Harry and Hermione stay Light or at least a Light-grey. The person enlisted by Death, however, is free to turn as light or dark as you want.

Recommendations:

1) Whomever is enlisted by death is trying to manipulate from behind the scenes, and discovers someone else is also trying to manipulate Harry in a negative way.

2) Harry at some point notices he is being manipulated (he doesn't need to figure out by who at any point) and starts to rebel, making the other person's job even harder.

3) Harry and/or Hermione are in a different house.

4) Animagus!Harry and/or Animagus!Hermione

5) Harry and Hermione's relationship is somehow deadly to Horcruxes (including Harry's scar).
