Well, This oneshot had been dwelling on my mind since I started watching Saishuuheiki Kanojo (Saikano), forgive me if it's too angsty and tragic...

The Hammer Has Fallen

Tokyo, 2:24:00 PM, more than half of the city had been leveled and only the outskirts remain, with the giant fortress weapon of Kal'Adan (my presumed name for it) hovering, charging. Inside, there had been two life reactions- but only one- deep and sinister, remain. He stood here over the previous life's body, laughing in all his evil happiness, his sword stained in blood- the blood of one cat girl... yes, Deep Blue had managed, even with another conflicting personality inside of him, to extinguish the light of Mew Ichigo. The extinguishment had attracted someone among the hundreds of soldiers that have cordoned the area off- a general named Chise.

"There is no hope in this city..." she mutters and turns to her superior. "I must do it..."

"May God forgive us for what we will do..."

At those words, the girl named Chise began to glow a pale blue, and a muffled shrill began to sound out. And the spot where she stood suddenly erupted in an explosion, followed by a cloud and a pink point of light flying away. A few moments later, the surviving mews hear the muffled shrill – one the Ryou Shirogane known all too well – and dreaded. That sound was like death's siren – anyone who heard it had never lived to tell about it.

"That sound... that light – it is all over..."

Then a ray of light from the sky hits the fortress and a pink point of light enters thru the hole. Alighting on the floor, Chise began to walk- her glow of being the ultimate weapon served as a light. She then enters the room in which the shell of the mew was still there. Then, all of those negative emotions and thoughts came in.

"How dreadful... but no matter." She spoke as her 'weapon' self.

"Who are you?" The alien then asked.

"My name is of no importance to you... for you are going to end up dead anyway."

"Let's see about that, earthling... anyone who stands in my way shall be destroyed... like this pathetic human..." he again replied, kicking the body.

"Destroyed... you merely killed her."

"Die human!" he again spoke, attacking her with full force.

But that attack was nothing, for she, the ultimate weapon, had merely absorbed all of that energy. And again the shrill sounded as her wings emerged once again and her right arm again turned into her weapon. She aims and fires- a miss. The alien attacks – it is blocked. And after a few minutes of fighting, she emerges from the fortress and fully extends her wings and aims down- to Deep Blue.

"Why you human!"

"I'm sorry, but I have to destroy you... you have hurt too much already. Time for you to realize your error and languish..."

And with those words, she glowed and executed- the 'Fire of Chise' burning everything below her – Deep Blue and fortress. The survivors look in shock as the white light evaporated the alien weapon and leader in one shot. After it was all over, she hovered over them survivors, giving them a crystal.

"May she rest in peace and be with the one she loves- may her last love song on this little planet be remembered." The weapon replied and simply went her way. "I have no choice but to do this..."

Now, the Ex-mews and Shirogane, with the millions of survivors and such, where do they go from here?
