"I wish I could have a family," whispered a young malnourished male as he curled into a tight ball. He never expected the wish to come true. He made the same wish every birthday five years in a row. "I don't care who it is. As long as they care for me, I'll be happy. Even if everyone hates them, I would be happy". The seven year old didn't realize that this time would be different. A magical creature that call themselves Fays, in honor of the woman that helped them, Morgana Le Fay, but are more commonly called fairies. This fairies decided that she would help this kind boy. Even though he lived with those monsters, he still was extremely caring. She could see just how tender he was when he had to take care of the garden. She helped when she could, but her small size made it impossible to do much. Using a combination of natural speed and magic, the fairy quickly arrived at her destination. Seeing a male with white hair and pink skin, she quickly land on the outstretched finger.

"Hello," said the male politely. "It's been a while since I had visitors".

"I apologize, Supreme Kai-sama, but I'm here on business," said the fairy.

"And how could I help, miss...?" he trailed off.

"Celeritas Venti," answered the fairy.

"That's latin for 'speed of wind', is it not?" replied the Supreme Kai.

"Indeed it is," said Celeritas, "But can we get back to business?" The Supreme Kai nodded at her question. "I want permission to use the Super Dragon Balls to make a wish".

"You do know that we'll have to visit universe six and seven to make the wish?" asked a curious Supreme Kai. "Not to mention having to deal with their God of Destructions and Supreme Kais."

"I didn't know," answered Celeritas truthfully, "but I will go to those universes if it mean I can help him".

"So, the wish is for someone else," pointed out the Supreme Kai.

"Yes, a boy named Harry," answered Celeritas. "He wish for a family. For someone to love him and take him away from the hell he calls a life." The Supreme Kai listen calmly as Celeritas told him just what Harry have been through. His control slipped for a second, but he quickly reigned his power back in. However, the split second was enough to get his counterpart, Iwan, to come. With him was Universe 1's angel, Awamo.

"I felt a surge of power from you, Anat," stated Iwan. "Might I know what caused it?"

"I'm a little embarrassed about that," admitted Anat. "Celeritas was telling me what a young boy named Harry is going through."

"It's a honor to meet you," said Celeritas politely.

"It's nothing I never heard before, but I still get upset at the thought of a child being treated like that," continued Anat. Iwan also frowned as he caught on to what his counterpart was implying. While he was indifference of death, he agreed with Anat that children are sacred. Child abusers are their least favorite kind of people, even more than he dislike Beerus.

"And she's here why?"

"I'm going to make a wish on the Super Dragon Balls," said Celeritas with determination in her voice.

"And if I refuse to help you?" asked Iwan, curious at what the fairy's answer would be.

"Then I'll find some other way to help him," answered Celeritas. "No matter what, I will help him". Iwan smiled and nodded.

"Look like he going to come with us," said Anat as he held out his hand. "Time to go, Celeritas". After landing on Anat's hand, they teleport to universe seven's land of the kais. When they arrived, they were greeted by Shin, universe seven's supreme kai.

"I wasn't expecting a visit from you, Anat," said Shin. "I'm guessing that isn't for pleasure".

"Indeed," said Anat. "We want to use the Super Dragon Balls to grant Celeritas's wish".

"I see," said Shin. "I'll contact Fuwa and let him know the situation". With that said, he teleported away. Anat and Celeritas patiently wait for Shin to return. They didn't wait long before Shin return with good news. "We'll find them as soon as possible".

"Thank you for helping," said Celeritas. Shin nodded before teleporting away again. Once again, Celeritas was forced to wait as they gather the Super Dragon Balls. Once again, it didn't take them long and Celeritas soon found herself in front of the planet sized dragon balls. She watched in amazement as the massive golden dragon appeared and waited for their wish. "Please, I want Harry to have a family. I don't care who it is as long as they can save him from those monster that abuse him" pleaded Celeritas.

"Shin, Zamasu and Black disappeared," he said, worried.

"That can't be a coincidence," muttered Shin, worried for the universe one. "Why, out of everyone, would he choose that person?"

"What?" asked a worried Celeritas. "What did you wish for?"

"please give Harry of universe one a family to save him from his abusers. It doesn't matter who you choose," said Zuno, also confused on why the divine dragon choose that insane Kai.

Zamasu was upset as was Black. Black was amused at his counterpart's unfortunate problem. Not only did the teleporter leave them with a note that compared them to ningens, Zamasu was somehow turned into a female. They couldn't even leave, even with use of their time ring. Reading the rest of the note, Black saw the curse will lift if they raise a ningen named Harry. Zamasu was upset and asked, "And if we just kill him?"

"Then the curse will be permanent. That would also happen if we kill any mortal on this planet." answered Black. "We don't have a choice".

"Where do we find this pathetic ningen?" asked Zamasu. Looking back at the note, she quickly located the address of the ningen. Luckily for the irritated Kai, they were close to the house. Within a minute, they arrived at the house, though Zamasu had to retrain herself when she heard people insult her clothes and skin. It made her even more frustrated when she never heard them insult Black. When they arrived at Privet Four Drive, Zamasu knocked the front door off its hinges.

"Who do you think you are?" roared a massively obese man. Before he could continued, Zamasu punched him in his gut.

"Find the boy," said Zamasu, "I'm going to take my stress out on this insult to walruses". With an reminder to keep the idiot alive, Black began searching the house for life energy. Seeing a small life energy under the stairs, he decided to check there first. Casually ripping the door off its hinges, Black reached inside and picked up the sleeping child. He frowned as he saw the injuries on the small child. While he didn't care for any mortal, children were his least favorite to kill. Walking past his future counterpart, who was stomping on the now bloody ningen, he pulled her away. Walking out the front door, they were approached by the supreme Kai.

"I heard about your history," said Anat seriously. "I hope that we don't have to worry about you".

"While we would love nothing more than to cleanse this pathetic planet, our hands are tied," Zamasu said as she gave the note to her universe one equal.

"I see," Anat said after reading the note. While he was reading, Celeritas left his side to join Harry. Black saw this, but decided to approach the fairy later. "Since you're going to play nice for now, I will help you". With that said, Anat offered to give them a home in this neighborhood. Seeing no better option, Zamasu agreed. "Before we go, let me help young Harry". Using his healing ability, Anat removed years of abuse and neglect. "The only thing I can't heal is his mind". Even though he never said it, it was clear that it would be Black and Zamasu's job to heal those wounds.
