NICO`S P.O.V

Nico slammed the door on ellana and stormed over to his bed. he instantly felt guilty,

he hadn't meant all those things he had said, he walked back over to the door and flung it open

"Ellana, I'm sorry , I didn't mean it and ..."he stopped.

Ellana wasn't there she was far of running for the woods oh no Nico thought he grabbed his sword and ran after her

ELLANA`S P.O.V

Ellana ran for zeus fist, yes she was immortal but maybe when she jumped of the fist and began to stab herself the gods would take mercy and let her die.

"Ellana"someone called she tuned sharply and saw nico

"what are you doing"he asked

"dying, my life's not worth living if you hate me, Nico i..."

"i know Annabeth told me"

"then you'll understand"

"NO , I didn't mean it, I don't hate you, you don't have to do this!"

there was silence...all that could be heard was wind whispering through trees and nymphs chatting softly...

"yes, Nico, i do have to do this"and with that she plunged over the cliff

her scream was like an arrow to his heart

he could hardly bear to watch as she stabbed herself repeatedly in the heart screaming and crying and gasping with pain,

Nico grabbed the edge of the cliff and began to climb down,

at the bottom he stumbled and fell on his wrist shit he muttered,

he walked towards Ellena, who was in so much pain she didn't notice he was there, he yanked the sword out of her hand and realised he was going to have to carry her,

this was no time to be afraid of touching he picked her up and to his surprise it didn't make him flinch or make his skin crawl he carried her back to the infirmary and promptly fainted...

In Nico`s Dream

the woods were silent apart from Ellana singing in a sweet angelic voice the melody went like this:

oh my angel, your mothers jewel

you lie there still as a styx pool

when the stars begin to fall

you will hear the darkness call

when you hear the whispered sound

you will know that you are found

a golden huntress guards over you

then she turned to nico her waist length black hair blowing softly in a breeze that wasn't there
