CHAPTER ONE: PERSONAL.
We used to be so close. So together. What happened to us? What happened to us? I miss you. So much I can't explain. I need you. So much that I fear there's nothing to gain. Where did we leave off? Where do we stand?
Sleep was sounding rather good right now. No, no, she couldn't. This was personal. A longing she wished to find. Browsing dating sites day in and out. For her sweetheart- her amore. Her violet orbs studied the screen, blinking cautiously at the flashing icon of a small red circle. She thought about smiling for once.
The message made her heart leap. Could this be the one?
"Wanted single f. Under 28. Must the clouds, must enjoy the rain. I hope you'll get back to me."
For once, her lips curled into a smile. Letting her fingers glide over the plastic keys..
"Reply to single m, my name is Rukia. Cell phone number here, if you have the time. I'm sure your voice is sweet. I'd love to hear you talk."
"Reply to Rukia, thanks for messaging back. Most don't have the time, but I'm glad I got some slack. Your voice sounds absolutely lovely. It was worth the time. How about lunch this Sunday, Café Uno at nine?"

She began to wait. So, so anxiously. Her heart began to flutter. A heavy pounding in her chest. The clock hand threatened to turn, causing her to worry. It was already eleven, and he hadn't shown up. She ordered a small coffee, just to calm her nerves. The waiting turned to worry before the truth set in. Upon finishing her coffee, she sat the small mug down. It had been two hours. Her hopes we're dashed and hope now faded.

Sweet baby Jesus, I havn't written in maybe.. Three months? It's kinda' odd, seeing as I used to write SO much. I'm sorry if this disappointed a lot of you. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things.
