Strange Things By FanFicRage
Chapter OneMollie walked through dark city streets, singing quietly. "Do you hear the people sing? Singing the song of angry men?" She turned into an alley, her shortcut home.
A rustling sound appeared to her right. She stood frozen in her place and stopped singing. "H-hello?" She looked at the location of the rustling. A tall shadow stood there.
Her heart almost stopped as the shadow started to move. "W-who's there?" A man appeared in front of her. His figure tall and slim, his eyes a strange crimson, and hair white as snow.
"Hello, miss." His voice was soft and gentle. He stepped closer to Mollie and she took a step backwards. He took a bow. "I am Gilbert, Gilbert Beilschmidt."
"Hello, um I'll be on my way." Mollie said quietly and tried to get around him, but he stopped her.
"Where's a pretty girl like you going?" Gilbert gently kissed her hand. Mollie quickly pulled her hand away.
"Home." She replied harshly, brushing her hand off on her shirt and walking around him. She stormed off to her car. "Creep." She whispered under her breath. She reached for the handle of her car door, but a hand grabbed her arm. "Let go!" she spat and turned around, greeted by the face of the man.
"Don't leave so soon miss." He gave a genuine smile. "I didn't even get your name." Mollie pulled her arm away.
"And what does it matter to you?" Mollie asked him, a glare appeared on her face. Gilbert frowned slightly.
"I was going to see of a pretty young lady would like to get coffee with me." The glare never fell from Mollie's face.
"Mollie. I'm flattered but I've got better things to do then get coffee with someone I met in an alley." She sassed and opened her car door.
"Mollie, please?" Gilbert asked her. Mollie shook her head and got in her car.
"I'll be on my way." She started her car and drove away.
