I DO NOT OWN DOCTOR WHO (Lord knows I wish I did)
This is merely a representation of how I would like Doctor Who will end, which will hopefully be the day before I die so that my life can be complete, but I digress. I purposefully used little to no descriptive details because it doesn't matter what the Doctor looks like by the end so you can picture him anyway you want, even as a woman, I don't care, I think that'd be cool.
The Doctor, leaning heavily on his sonic cane, enters the TARDIS for the last time. He had made all of the goodbyes he could, there was nothing left but to get rid of his body so that his DNA could not be used for evil. And yet, he felt as though something was missing, like he had to do once last thing before he left. But he was too tired to figure it out, he couldn't run anymore. And so, he let out a long sorrowful sigh as he looked around his dimly lit TARDIS. "This is the end old girl…" He said softly, barely a whisper, "We've been through a lot…been on many adventures…but for what? A half written ending?" He hit switches and pulled levers, starting up the old sound the TARDIS always made. Vwooorp vwooorp. "Alright….let ge-" The Doctor was cut off by a loud crash and the TARDIS shaking violently. The Doctor clutched onto the console to stay up, "What the blazes!?"
The TARDIS calmed down and a soft white light shone behind the old Time Lord. He slowly turned around and saw a hole, a rip in space and time. "Im…possible," The Doctor said in shock and awe. A small figure appeared on the other side of the hole, it was a young boy, staring nervously into the vortex. The two stared at each other for a moment that seemed like an eternity. The Doctor smirked and slammed his cane on the TARDIS's metal floor, making a thunderous boom as he shouted, "Run for your life!"
The boy's face flashed in fear and ran away, as fast as he could. The old traveler laughed as the rip in the space-time continuum closed itself. "Yes…keep running," The Doctor said to himself, "You better get used to it; you'll be doing it for the rest of your life. But…that's not too bad…it'll be a fantastic run. So many faces and places you'll see. The friends you'll make and the enemies you'll fight. The pain, love, sorrow, laughter….it will be all worth it." A tear left his eye as he continued, "Never stop running...keep it up until you don't have to anymore…until all is said and done…when you can leave your loved ones behind with no regrets nor anxieties…but there will be many tears…just let your companions go forward in their beliefs and they'll be the proof that you were not mistaken in yours…"
The Doctor pressed buttons and turned knobs on the console, "No matter how hard times get, even if the skies are at their darkest…All of those heart you will touch will believe in you…even when you don't." He slumped down, sitting on the floor, too tired to stand anymore. "So sad….that only at the end….do I start to like myself and my life….all the things I've done…but there is one thing….I haven't…done yet." He began fading out, his life fading away, "Thank you…all of you who…believed…in me…till the very end…" He smiled faintly and he uttered his final words, "Alright old girl…one last adventure….just you…and me…just like it…started…"
The Doctor's body went limp and the TARDIS went completely black as the two drifted slowly into a black hole, making for a complete end to the greatest story ever about the greatest man whoever live.
END.
